It was good staying there, but the room condition could have been bit better. Stayed for 1 Night, so can't give a detailed review, but over-all okay it was. Prices are high.

Kamar oke tapi mereka benar-benar perlu memperbaiki sarapan mereka, tidak banyak pilihan dan sangat sedikit semuanya. Staf sangat membantu dan lokasi cukup bagus jika Anda ingin dekat dengan segalanya. Banyak toko dan restoran di dekatnya yang sangat ramai.

We stayed at Bonne Santé Hotel Istanbul for 5 nights last week and overall, the experience was good, especially because of the location. You really can’t beat it—right on Istiklal Street, just a couple of minutes from Taksim Square, and about 10 minutes to the tunnel tram. If you’re coming to explore the city, this spot is ideal. Some people mentioned the staircase at the entrance, and yes, it’s there—but it’s really not a big deal. It’s just one short stair, and the staff is happy to help with your luggage if you need it. After that, there’s an elevator that takes you to your room, so it’s quite manageable. As for the room, it was fine overall, but I think the cleaning and maintenance could use more attention. When I tried to open the sofa into a bed, I found a lot of garbage underneath—clearly not cleaned in a while. The sofa itself had heavy stains, the balcony bin still had trash from the previous guest, and the shower head was stuck at the lowest position because the lock was broken. Also, even though we were three people, we only got one bottle of water during checked in gievn by the bell boy, and it was never refilled during our stay. I heard another guest asking about water and the reception told them it’s not something they do, which is a bit disappointing. For the price they charge, at least daily water should be included—it’s a small touch but makes a big difference. To be honest, we didn’t report any of these issues, not because they didn’t matter, but because we were just too tired after long days of sightseeing. All we wanted was to shower and sleep, so we let it go. What really made the stay enjoyable was the staff—especially Abdullah at the front desk and the lady in charge of breakfast (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name). Both were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They really made a difference and were the highlight of our stay. If the hotel puts a little more care into cleaning and basic services, it could easily be a top choice in the area. The location and the warmth of the staff already give it a great foundation.

We had such a bad experience staying at Bonnie Santa hotel taksim. The receptionist, Abdullah was extremely rude and unprofessional. Their website stated that the breakfast is free from 8 to 10 am. We arrived at 9 am and everything was finished. Basic breakfast like bread, eggs and tea was all finished. We including other guests were surprised with their behavior . The receptionist Abdullah was so rude that he passed a comment that we have only one egg per guest. He also said that you pay for this hotel only for location. When we requested to speak to a manager, he said that we cannot speak. His tone of voice and hand gestures were extremely rude. The rooms including room service was below average. This hotel spoiled our day and we including other guests were not happy. I would strongly recommend staying away from this hotel.
