This hotel is a real gem! Me and my husband had a real blast here. The hotel is great starting from the lobby with fresh orchids. Very kind personel. Rooms spatious, clean, comfortable. Complementary coffee, tea, chocolate. Very good mini bar. Breakfast vatious, fresh and delicius. And the most important the pool! Very clean, great service. The use of the spa and outdoor pool are in the price as well as clean towels. The location is right above the long walking street along the sea. Very close to the Aqua Mall of Istanbul, a nice luna park next to it, a great park. All in all a perfect stay and we will defenitely come again!

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza and was extremely disappointed with the customer service at the reception desk — with the exception of the gentleman who handled my checkout. Unfortunately, I don’t recall his name, but he was professional and courteous, which stood out compared to the rest of the team.
I had booked and paid for a sea view room, but upon arrival, I was given a garden view instead. When I pointed out the error and insisted on getting the room I had actually paid for, they finally switched me to a sea view — but acted as though they were doing me a favor. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and unprofessional.
The valet parking service was equally frustrating. Despite staying at the hotel and agreeing to their parking charges, I had to repeat my details every single time I returned. The lack of communication and coordination is shocking for a hotel of this caliber.
While the property itself is quite nice, the poor management and dismissive attitude of most of the staff ruined what could have been a pleasant stay. This is far below the standard I expect from a Crowne Plaza.

I recently stayed at this hotel during an exhibition and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal — close to the exhibition center and just a short walk from a nearby shopping mall, which made everything so convenient.
The ocean view from my room added a peaceful touch after long days at the exhibition. The service was excellent, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay.
A special thanks to MR.GORKEM who was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. His warm and welcoming attitude made our stay even better.
Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful visit. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay during events.

This was my 3rd time in this hotel it has been outdated the beds need to be renewed
They charged us 20 Canadian dollar just using the chips , they only leave 2 bottles of water, the TV remote was not working properly
Hamum and spa was out of service indoor swimming pool was very cold outdoor swimming was closed
Over all not a very good experience this time and I will change my stay to another alternative
20$ just for small box of chips
