What a fantastic hotel, clean, quality products, super friendly team, nothing is too much trouble..breakfast was vast and of great quality... Really cannot fault this hotel amd certainly wouldn't consider anywhere else if returning back to istanbul... As said, all staff were amazing especially Safiya on reception... Thank you for such a warm welcome every day on our return back weary after a days sight seeing... You really made a difference to our day.

Spent a few hours in the spa, clean, great hamman, lovely steam room and sauna, lovely ladies who gave us the bath and the massage and incredibly respectful, full body massage felt amazing…I would really recommend a visit! Really special!!

Loved this hotel! Its very modern and glam! Very clean! Lovely staff - very friendly anytime of the day or night. Cleaning staff were friendly too. Lovely views from restaurant and great food too, lots of options for breakfast! Its close by to shops, restaurants, the metro and mosques! Everything was easily accessible. Very safe too. The reason I stayed at this hotel was because of its spa facility, the ladies are amazing, the hammam is soo worth it! Cons - and these might seem tedious to some but its just stuff that caught my eye / nose. - There was a smell coming from bathroom - maybe the drain system? - One of the hand towels in the bathroom had a mark on it. - I called ahead of check in to make sure I had a double bed, I was told it would be a king size (perfect) when i got there it was 2 large singles and the guy pushed it together 🙄 just meant that i could only sleep on one side because of the split in the middle. Would i stay here again? Yes of course - service was really good, hotel is really nice, food was good, i would just specify again what I want for when i get there.

We are staying in this hotel right now and it is simply amazing. I was a bit hesitant to book this hotel as there weren't that many reviews. I took a gamble and it is well worth it. It is bit on the expensive side but amenities make up for the additional cost. Hotel was opened a couple of years ago but due to pandemic it has hardly been used. Pretty much everything looks brand new. Pros: We are in a triple room with a balcony and it is very spacious. There is a mini fridge in the room along with a large cabinet. Interestingly, TV is hidden in the large mirror in the middle of the room so it serves dual purpose. Air conditioner is solid and it got quite cold at night. As it is a newer hotel, they have incorporated a few new technologies. One strange thing; there is a window in the bathroom that faces the room. Why? 😂. If your room faces the street, it can get a bit noisy. But not enough to bother. Breakfast was simply awesome. Selection was quite large. Breakfast is served on the rooftop which has a fantastic view of Laleli Camii. Breakfast is probably the highlight of our stay! There is a spa/hammam in the building. Hammam is supposedly free from 2 to 6pm. But I haven't tried it yet. There is a swimming pool across the street in their sister hotel called Beethoven Premium. No swimming pool in this building. There is a small area to pray, mescit, in the basement. Majority of the staff is friendly. One of the receptionists could use a little more welcoming smile. Hotel is in the commercial shopping market. Majority of the attractions are a good 15 to 20 minutes walk. And it is not a straight walk as there are a lots of ups and downs as Istanbul terrain is quite hilly. There are a few restaurants near by. Famous Laleli Camii (masjid) is three minutes walk. It is an ideal hotel for a business person. Families/vacationers who want to stay closer to the attractions should try something a bit closer to attractions. Overall an amazing hotel.

Acabamos de fazer check-out deste hotel, não foi a melhor experiência que já tivemos cá. O hotel tem uma grande obra mesmo ao lado e ninguém informa, pois teria que vir refletido nos vouchers. O pequeno almoço é muito fraco pelo menos para Europeus. Os quartos alguns deles já precisam de alguma manutenção, vão ver aí uma foto de uma parede do nosso quarto. A nível de SPA fomos lá perguntar duas vezes e pedem sempre dinheiro, querem vender serviço de massagens, mas depois fui ver o site do hotel e diz que está incluído várias coisas grátis ( sem qualquer restrição) como nos pediram sempre valor, escrevi ao hotel pelo WhatsApp que me diz que só é grátis das 12 às 18, e depois custa 5 dólares por pessoa, quando no site deles não tem qualquer informação a isso. Seria um hotel que eu não recomendaria, com tanta boa experiência que já tivemos nos em Istambul.
