Ulasan Sofitel Istanbul Taksim

Hotel ini berada di tepi Lapangan Taksim, staf layanan hotel tidak terlalu antusias, tetapi fasilitas hotel lainnya masih sangat bagus, sarapan dan restoran hotel sangat bagus. Sayang sekali waktunya terlalu singkat. Ada restoran di lantai 9 hotel yang tidak terburu-buru untuk saya kunjungi. Saya harap saya bisa pergi ke sana lain kali.

The hotel is really 3 stars not 5. Very poor amenities in the room. Breakfast not so many options. Stayed for one week don't have banana and other fruits and omelette made in a very cheap quality. They don't deserve that much money for thequality they offer. The housekeeping make rooms in 5 min dont recharge shampoo or soap we had to call everytime. Only positive part is the location close to everything. Also staff ask for tips for everything they do. You can book the Ritz much cheaper and much better quality. Do not recommand at all !!!

The staff is very friendly and reactive, which I suppose normal for the price paid per night. Not very satisfied about the cleanliness though, coffee cups and machine were dirty, spots on one shower towel and hair after the room cleaning. Regarding the breakfast please don’t call it fresh orange juice if it’s not fresh

Just checked in an hour ago, totally unpleasant and unfriendly welcome with grumpy faces. Special request was received but still ignored! Basic double bed could not be provided in-spite of having a kid. Sad view from the room! Inconsiderate, unpleasant and not welcoming! Next day same negative attitude continues at the breakfast. Conveniently ignoring requests and making dirty faces coz they don’t understand english, average spread! Terrible!! No basic etiquettes are taught to the staff! Big shame! Not tourist friend

Satisfied with only one exception: the nightclub on the ninth floor made quite a bit of noise at night. This will be the only weakness which will make me to book this hotel for not sure.

During our one week stay in Sofitel Istanbul, staff were very warm and helpful! We stay in a suite, room is very clean and cozy! Very impressive service when having our breakfast buffet in the restaurant. Before our departure, Chef Ahmet even made a special dish for us and Mehmet treats the customers iust like your family members! The entire team is very well trained in general and definitely we will come back again.

在塔克西姆街上 環境：很方便24小時餐廳不夜城呵呵！酒店很不錯，遺憾的是酒店不夠人性化貼心5天的住宿窗外是一堆房子包圍很不舒服！對前台也表達過希望能夠看到一些風景！服務大叔很nice 水供應充足……門僮也很熱情幫助推行李！總的來説土耳機這家酒店不錯👍如果可以再人性化一點客人住5天時間安排上環境好的，就更完美了！
