Great Location and great breakfast. However, as soon as we put our feet into the building, we started to experience not the best customer service. The service was not as expected. I will start to mention that the from desk person at check in is not a good listener, he is rude. I decided ignored his as I don't really want to spend time arguing with an unhappy person, especially after a long fly. I let my husband to deal with him. We booked a Family suite, the room is very well designed but was not totally clean, the cover bed on the master room was not clean. Seems like they didn't change it from the last guess. and we decide not to use it. Also, during our 5 days 4-night stay, they didn't change the beds sheets. They only change the towels. I did the request to change the bed sheets to one of the housekeeping and unfortunately seems like they didn't understand due to language barrier. The lights in the main room and main bathroom never work, we asked multiples times to see if someone can come and fix it and it never happens, the excuse was the Eid Holiday and that people from maintenance was in vacation, which it was acceptable for the Eid day but not for the rest of our days. We have to use our kiddos room to shower and to do everything that needs light (make up, fix our hair, etc). I also provide the feedback to the from desk person and seems like he didn't care.
