We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the food was excellent, and the rooms were impeccably clean. Plus, the location was ideal for exploring the area.

It's a wonderful hotel will excellent service, tastefully decorated rooms with a royal Turkish touch, and a nice breakfast spread + separate dishes that they can make for you by order, including omlettes, waffles, pancakes, and the Turkish breakfast delicacy menemem with tomatoes and scrambled egg. I also found out that they serve afternoon tea with some snacks for guests every day. I didn't use their spa, but had the staff took me around to have a look and it's also very nicely decorated and peaceful. Double Room comes with a little balcony as well, and is nicely furnished. There is even a talisman in your room to protect you - thought that was a nice touch. Bathroom is spacious, drains and flush works fine, hot water is actually hot enough not lukewarm. Wifi network in room is also great. Location is good on a quieter side of Sultanahmet, around 7 mins to Eminonu the seaside area and walkable to all the main mosques as well as to Topkapi Palace, around 10-15 mins max. There is a tram that runs to quite a few major places too just a corner away from the hotel.

It was very nice,people,location,breakfast. If I come to Istanbul again, I 'll use here.

Very good location despite cars not being able to stop outside the hotel but one street up. Close to Sofiya Mosque and the Palace. Plenty of cafes and restaurants all around.

Great location and nice hotel; breakfast reasonably average

Wonderful hotel with very friendly staff members. The guys at the reception were very helpful and there was no question they couldn't answer (and we asked A LOT about the city and different locations!). Very clean room, decorated nicely (I love the idea with the ancient shirts which bring luck). We had a honeymoon package and everything was done very well (welcoming drinks, decoration, cake and wine, romantic dinner) Thank you for your hard work! Also the hotel is located in a very convenient spot - close to most of the main sights/restaurants. Highly recommend it!

1. Location: Very good location. The tram station is at the corner, and about 400 meters away are the Hagia Sophia, the Royal Palace, the Archaeological Museum and the Basilica Cistern 2. Breakfast: Although the variety is not as rich as that of the big hotel, it is better to have hot food. There is porridge every day (stayed for 4 nights), roasted beans, eggs, and a hot dish. There are rich varieties of cheese and cheese in the raw food, and the yogurt is very thick. The fresh fruit and bread are good. The breads I chose are not sweet, and you can also order them separately. There are six kinds in total. I ordered two: one is oatmeal porridge (with fresh strawberries and bananas on it), and the other is Omelette, which tastes very good. After eating the hotel's breakfast, there is no burden in the stomach, and I personally feel it is quite good. 3. Service: The waiters encountered throughout the hotel are enthusiastic. The room cleaning and tidying are also quite meticulous. 4. The hotel can also book a tour of the Bosphorus Strait, which costs 20 euros for 3 hours, and you can go ashore for an hour. The hotel picks up and drops off, which I personally feel is still very convenient. Overall, it is recommended.

We took a business car to the hotel. The road was too small and it was very difficult to drive. Because the hotel is located in the old town, it is within walking distance of the attractions, which is super convenient. The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are also very unique, and free afternoon tea is provided. However, the Turkish desserts are really sweet and I can't eat them at all.

The service was good and breakfast also had made to order items like muffins or coffee. The location is very good, a 3-minute walk to the station, with a restaurant next to it, a large garden opposite, and a grocery store across the street. There is also a spa and sauna! The waiter was super friendly and the service was great, I really recommend it.

Great hotel! Walking distance to many attractions! The staff is beyond praise, some speak Russian. Incredible breakfasts! The room is royal! They cleaned every day, the room has a coffee machine and all the accessories for tea/minibar. Next time I visit Istanbul, I will stay only here! The price-quality ratio is the best
