Very well located city location, Utkan and the other staff were absolutely amazing, I left my phone in the taxi and they did their best and were able to locate it and on top of that they even went and retrieved it for me. They were knowledgeable about the location and places and things to do and very polite always

Ferman系列酒店中最好的位置，樓頂可以看到藍色清真寺和索菲亞大教堂，海景套房不容錯過，酒店服務也非常不錯

酒店地理位置非常好，緊鄰兩個大清真寺。酒店設備雖然有點陳舊但是工作人員還是非常熱情。頂樓的早餐不錯風景很好!

위치는 너무 깊숙히 있어서 대중교통으로 캐리어를 끌고 가기에 힘들었습니다. 또한 지하1층 방에 창문도 작은 곳으로 배정받아 냄새 및 공기가 힘들었고 처음 물을 틀었을 땐 녹물이 나와 찝찝했습니다. 이불도 없어서 카운터에 요구 했습니다. 조식은 먹을만 했지만 뷰가 엄청 좋은 곳은 아니었습니다.

非常舒服的酒店

This is our third stay at Ferman over the years and we have always come back because of the wonderful staff and excellent service. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Extremely happy with our stay at the Ferman Hotel in Istanbul. You cannot ask for a better location specifically if you have limited time. Close to all the historical sites. Above all the staff was super helpful. A shout out for Omer, very friendly and helpful gentleman. Our room got upgraded when we arrived at the hotel. I apologize that I don’t remember every one’s name but all staff at the reception and breakfast station was extremely polite, professional and friendly. Thank you for making our stay very pleasant.

Very good location with all necessary amenities. It’s clean and tidy. Met our expectations.

Everything was lovely, staff friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast! Only down was not very comfortable mattress and pillow in family king size bed.

Pleasant greeting on arrival, room on ground floor given - clean and functional. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Master bed was a tad uncomfortable, but not unbearable. Breakfast was pleasant and refreshing.

The location of this charming hotel is simply unbeatable. Situated in the heart of the historic Old City, it offers easy access to some of Istanbul's most iconic attractions. The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and the Grand Bazaar were all within a short walking distance. The hotel's reception and staff deserve a special mention for their service. They were always polite and ready to assist with smile and a wealth of local knowledge. I would definitely recommend.

The location is great, rooftop area was ideal for afternoon drinks and the staff were so helpful
