This hotel was okayish but needs to improve their customer service and breakfast quality. You could only find boiled eggs with fries for breaky. The restaurant staff need to pay more attention to their service.

Kami adalah sekelompok teman yang menginap di hotel ini dan kamarnya tidak bersih sama sekali, seprainya bernoda dan salah satu dari kami mendapat ruam kulit akibat kutu busuk. Kondisi kebersihannya sangat buruk!

It was really one of the worst hotels me and my girl stayed in. We usually stay in hotels 4+ stars and this hotel is definitely not even 3 stars! I flew to Bucharest and bought this 4 days trip from Bucharest to Istanbul (at the end of May) with a stay at City hotel. The rooms and bathroom are small, run down, dirty and stinking of cigarette smoke and the maids are smoking on the hallways with the exit door open. Incredible!
