Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. The hotel is located a few meters away Santa Sofia.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία δίπλα στα κυριότερα αξιοθέατα της Κωνσταντινούπολη. Το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο για τα δεδομένα της πόλης, η επίπλωση, όμως είναι κάπως παλιά και πολύ χρησιμοποιημένη. Το πρωινό είναι ποιοτικό αλλά με περιορισμένη ποικιλία για ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων.

酒店整體服務還是OK的 ～ 就是設施有點老舊了 比較像國內的老酒店。另外還有一點就是梳子、洗漱用品全都需要自己帶來，酒店不提供。 優點是地理位置還是很方便的，步行可以到很多主要景區

For a hotel in this location, and with a 5-star rating, and with a property that has opened only two years ago, I have never been more disappointed. The "fresh" towels were not clean and had black spots on them. The bathroom tiles were spotted with the remains of cement from what seems to be a previous maintenance or could be from the days of construction. The shower drain does not work properly, you will need to turn off the water two or three times and wait for the water to drain out of the shower, otherwise it will overflow. The bed linens were torn. The curtains did not close all the way, there was always a gap either from the sides, or from the middle. When the heater switches on, you can hear what sounds like boiling water above your head. Water was dripping from the air conditioning unit in the room. Terrible Wi-Fi connection. After I shared my complaints to reception, Ali was nice and tried to solve some of the problems, while the other one said "you saw the pictures on [website] when you made your reservation". The pictures did not show the quality of furniture, and the positive reviews suggested good service. My experience was terribly bad.

I was looking for this place and lost track of it. We found it one morning when walking around and my wife had a hangover from the night before. Ha ha I was hungry and needed food. This place has it. Breakfast was fantastic and all service was good. If you sit on the entrance side. Sometimes they can forget the opposite side and you can wait a bit.

There was an awful smell in our room. We asked for it to be looked into and went out around the city. Came back and they said there was no issue, they had clearly sprayed air freshener in the room. The smell quickly came back, they must have a plumbing issue which they aren’t telling us about. They said they could move us to another room, which was smaller than the one we paid for. In that room, whenever someone in another room had a shower, flushed the toilet, or washed their hands, there was an extremely loud noise in our room. We called reception again to explain this and whoever answered was very short with me as if I was annoying him with my problem. He also said this is the case in every room - ridiculous, you claim to be a 5 star hotel, you must have basic functionality in the rooms. Anyway, we said the smell was more tolerable than the noise as we couldn’t sleep with the noise, so we were moved back to our smelly room and given a bottle of air freshener. We were not offered anything as an apology (partial refund, free dinner etc). The staff were mainly rude and unprofessional, especially the tall guy in the breakfast area. We paid extra for breakfast and omelettes which they were preparing in front of us were not included haha. Also, a 330ml Heineken was €8 in the bar - absolute rip off. I don’t know how this was given 5 star rating, the rooms are also very dated and old. All in all, I would not recommend this place, the only good thing about it is the location but I’m sure there are other places around that are ideally located and also have basic functionality. When you pay for a premium hotel and end up in this place, you will be very frustrated. The bell boy was very helpful in fairness, he was the only good thing about this place.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and I can truly say the staff was absolutely wonderful, especially M. Sheraz and M.Hassan. While eating breakfast, both Sheraz and Hassan would check to see if we were enjoying ourselves multiple times. They kept the table clean and made sure to get us anything we required. Along with being catered by such wonderful people, the room was a delight to stay in and regularly cleaned. I would recommend this hotel to others.
