The location of the hotel is excellent, but we encountered an unsatisfactory experience in dealing with the reception staff, and their treatment was completely unprofessional, especially when the air conditioning broke down, as they asked me to spend the night and then change the room. This is non-professional behavior and does not come from an international hotel group. Overall, I will not stay at the hotel again and do not recommend it

Terrible memory of staying in this hotel. 1, air conditioner is broken, called for front desk 2 times with no solution. Luckily the weather is not too bad. 2, clogged bathroom drain 3, late response from front desk, even asking for dental kit. Report a problem. You have to call twice. And wait 20 mins more. 4, my luggage was left outside and very close to exit door for temporary storage. very disappointing

Because I came to Turkey on a business trip, I stayed in this hotel for a long time and the overall experience was very good. I especially want to praise Ms. Butcu at the front desk. Her service was warm and thoughtful, and any needs were met in a timely manner.

I definitely extended my stay because the staff was great. There's a restaurant just a 2-minute walk away, and there's a kebab shop across the street. There's a BIM store next door for everyday shopping. The hotel restaurant is reasonably priced. But the road is very busy with cars. I recommend it.

Thanks to the hotel staff, they are very warm and considerate. Especially Dmier and Adliang, they provided great assistance in helping us book a car to the airport, attractions and other places. They are calling early in the morning to tell us about a system problem, an issue that will be resolved before we leave. In fact, they (the system had been resolved) by the time we left. Also, parking is a problem, the shop across the street helped us, even though the hotel had a valet, they pretended that the parking lot was full.

Since I came to Europe, I wanted to stay at an authentic Ibis hotel, so I booked this hotel. The room was very spacious and we were able to relax and relieve the fatigue of our trip. I think it's probably a queen room, but the bed is quite spacious, so I think it's comfortable enough even if you're not traveling alone. What is noteworthy is that there is a wide variety of breakfast options. There were also many Turkish cheeses, which were delicious when eaten with bread. Both the room and breakfast were very good, but the location was quite difficult. There are many world chain hotels in Bomonti, but they are all far from stations and buses, and there are many hills, making them a bit inconvenient. However, you can get to the bus or metro bus that goes directly to Emignor in about 10 minutes, so if you can clear the slope, I think this is a recommended hotel. The surrounding area is quiet, so you can spend your time relaxing. The staff were also very nice. I would like to visit again.
