iI would like to share my recent experience during my stay at Movenpick hotel, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations.
I had booked a Deluxe Sea View room, but was instead assigned a corner room facing a very close construction site with only a limited sea view. This was quite disappointing, as the view was one of the main reasons for my selection.
Additionally, the room itself was not comfortable — the air conditioning was not cooling properly, which made our stay less pleasant.
On our second day, we attended the "Chocolate Day" event and arrived just five minutes late. The staff were still in the process of clearing the setup, yet when we approached, we were met with a rather unfriendly response. Despite being present, we were told very sharply that the event was over. This lack of flexibility and warmth made us feel as though we were being penalized for a minor delay, which left us with a negative impression.
I hope the administration of the hotel take this feedback constructively to improve guest experience in the future. A more welcoming and accommodating approach from the staff — especially in such minor matters — can make a significant difference.
