Ulasan Lokalist, Istanbul, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

This hotel was perfect. Exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect as it’s across from Taksim Square and the metro; it’s also a short walk from HavaIst, the paid shuttle bus to the airport. The hotel is in a very safe location. The rooms are clean and have all the needed amenities. They even add a nice touch, like a bag of dried fruit & natural loose leaf tea in the rooms. The customer service was great: they called every evening to see if I needed anything. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to get 1-2 more exercise machines in the workout room (lat pull down and smith machine as example). I will be back and will recommend to others too.

Location was near tourist area; facilities were amazing. The hotel staff was so courteous and were attentive to even small details. I recommend this hotel for first timers specially

Amazing place .. very close to Taksim Square and all basic amenities. Small rooms but very well cleaned and the staff is absolutely fabulous.

All the staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is very good and delicious, the location is convenient, near the shopping area.

AMAZING

非常滿意的一次入住體驗。早上入住，前台工作人員積極主動幫忙出來提行李.入住的時候有點小插曲，因為我在網上付過款了，前台以為我沒給錢，所以又重新刷了一次我的信用卡，後面核實後第一時間把扣款取消了。酒店送了一次迷你酒吧的飲料汽水，我們住了六天走的時候都沒喝完😃.每天衞生做的也很仔細積極.而且每天晚上前台都會電話問你入住體驗如何.服務意識極強的一家酒店，萬豪旗下的大家可以閉眼入.

位置和周圍環境非常好，離地鐵站出口步行2-3分鐘就能到，房間很不錯，有minibar和咖啡，工作人員也很有禮貌。但是入住要收取4000里拉按金，退房一週後還暫未返回，比較慢。

設施：很現代，備品是百瑞德，很好用 衞生：乾淨，每天打掃 環境：很現代 服務：很禮貌，每天都打招呼

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und professionell – sie haben jede unserer Fragen mit Geduld beantwortet, uns wertvolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben und waren stets bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Besonders beeindruckend war ihr außergewöhnlicher Service: Wann immer wir eine Bitte hatten oder vor einer kleinen Herausforderung standen, zögerten sie nicht, uns aktiv zu helfen und eine Lösung zu finden. Diese persönliche Betreuung machte unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich. Auch in puncto **Sauberkeit und Zimmergestaltung** konnte das Hotel voll überzeugen. Die Zimmer waren modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und wurden tadellos sauber gehalten. Die Atmosphäre war gemütlich und luxuriös zugleich – genau das, was man sich für einen perfekten Aufenthalt in Istanbul wünscht. Insgesamt war unser Erlebnis im Lokalist herausragend. Wer auf exzellenten Service, Liebe zum Detail und eine warme Gastfreundschaft Wert legt, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

萬豪旗下小而美的精品酒店，位置在Taskim廣場旁邊的小路，旺中帶靜，隔壁就是洲際酒店，窗外是中心公園，綠樹成蔭。機場大巴下車點走過去也是幾百米。 服務一流，前台專業，禮貌，有英國管家的風範。整個酒店很新，裝修非常有品位，床品非常舒適，每個擺設都很舒服。 早餐一級棒，有自助的部分，也有免費點單的個人特製，是在土耳其吃過最好吃的早餐之一。 強烈推薦這個優秀的精品酒店

Zimmer an sich schön, sehr sauber & personal nett: leider unglaublich schlecht isoliert. Auch im 7. stock hörte man die Straße und vor allem morgens um 5 dann die Moschee.

選擇這個酒店是看評論機場大巴下來走幾百米就到了，實際也是挺方便的，而且意料之中房間內部設施都很新，有膠囊咖和免費minibar，前台的小哥也很有禮貌，主動問有什麼需要，感覺很不錯。

裏景點很近，走路過去衹需要幾分鐘就到。附近的廣場和步行街很適合逛，出門旅行或者商務出差，住這裏都很方便。
