房間太小，與描述非常不符，酒店早餐品種不多，位置不是很好找，小巷子停車也不太方便。附近中餐館比較多。

Personel sicakkanliydi ve her konuda yardimci olmak icin elinden geleni yapti. Özellikle resepsiyondaki personel oldukça ilgili ve misafirperver. Konum olarak birazcik arka ve ara sokaklarda ve bayir inip cikmaniz gerekiyor. Sisli meydana 10-12dk yurume mesafesinde. 15-20dk icinde de osmanbeye ulasabilirsiniz. Metro kullanmak isterseniz ortalama 15dk yurumeniz gerekiyor.

各方面服務可以，就是停車極度困難，自駕慎重前往，附近停車是真的一言難盡，十分的困難，最後我們還是去了收費停車場，250里拉一天

It is a good hotel, close to one of the biggest shopping centers and restaurants. Located a little bit far away from the Touristic area, but nothing that an uber can't solve. The staff were helpful, specially Taner and Abdurrahman. Breakfast it was the best part!

Great hotel. Service was spectacular. Everybody was nice and very helpful, especially Taner. Food was great as well, definitely recommend. Bar tenders were nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and organized. The maid does a great job of cleaning up.

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, very clean hotel with great food! Thanks to the staff at the Starbucks barmaid Gulistan for their excellent service. Also thanks to front office and the bell desk team. Istanbul and its hotel a wonderful!!

Staff ‘s Organizational behavior was very kindly I felt a bit pain in my leg and they follow my situation and without I aware them of my mood they gave me ice pack Breakfast was good and I felt comfortable in my room My bathroom and room were clean Silent is very important for me and I experienced silent in any times
