Sikap front desk dan pelayannya sangat ramah, saya harus memuji mereka. Hotelnya sangat bersih dan higienis, handuknya berkualitas baik, fasilitas perangkat kerasnya sangat bagus dan baru, dan tidak ada bau di dalam kamar. Kecuali lokasi hotel yang agak terpencil, yang lainnya sangat bagus. Secara keseluruhan, sangat puas!

Trip.com gave 15$ rate + tax, so I took a cab which cost 400 try, about same price with room, since TA didn't give hotel. However, I mixed up the booking dates and upon rebooking by rate for hotel increased by 25%. While I was doing that staff told me they can book me for their standard rate of 30$ vs trips stated 50$ per night. Anyhow. I guess learning that I am paying below their rate they put me in a coffin like room, double bed 90% of it, with little room to walk between TV set and bed. All area was not 60 sqm advertised here but only 16 at most. 9 for bedroom and 5 for bathroom adjacent facing you. So don't believe advertised sizes. I was too tired to change rooms I just crashed. No paste or toothbrush given, only ear picks. Towels already worn out. If not trips discounted rate I wouldn't go there. Rather go to city with metro line for less overall spend. Also zero sound insulation, cars, neighbors, up near. It was not a good night sleep.
