Nice , room was wee bit compact but sufficient enough , the receptionist/manager was so helpfully he helped us from a scam and helped us get a taxi on to airport

The hotel is close to Taksim and the airport bus stop. Everything is new and clean. There is no reception. They meet you upon arrival. Cleaning every day. Breakfast leaves much to be desired. Overall, not bad.

The worst hotel. There is not a single good thing about it. They are rude and the electricity is cut off. There is no heating and there is no light in the restaurant so you have to turn on your phone to eat. The food is terrible and of course there is no hot coffee. When I complained to the owner, he got angry and said no. The bedding is dirty. There is no elevator. You have to carry your luggage up to the 3rd floor and the stairs are creaky so you can't sleep at night. Please don't come to this hotel. It's really the worst. I complained to Trip.com but why do they advertise this place without verifying it? Consumers trust Trip.com and choose it.
