Resepsionisnya sangat ramah dan membuat proses check-in dan check-out saya lancar dan menyenangkan.

Hotelnya bersih dan dekat dengan bandara Istanbul 15-18 menit naik taksi dan kamarnya sangat bagus dan untuk harganya sangat bagus. 👍🏻 😡Tetapi satu hal yang tidak saya sukai dan saya harap para tamu memperhatikan, saya meminta taksi dari hotel untuk pergi ke bandara dan ketika dia datang saya melihat pemuda dari hotel mengambil uang dari taksi dan mereka berusaha untuk tidak melihat mereka tetapi saya tetap diam. Ketika saya masuk saya melihat argo pada 80 lira dan saya bertanya kepadanya mengapa dan dia mencoba untuk tidak berbicara saya berkata tunggu saya ingin turun dan kemudian dia mengubahnya menjadi 100 lira kemudian saya menyuruhnya untuk menghentikan mobil dan saya tidak ingin melanjutkan dan dia menjadi takut dan bingung kemudian dia berkata saya mulai sekarang kemudian dia mengubahnya menjadi 30 lira lebih baik bagi Anda untuk memesan taksi Uber dan bukan hotel. Saya selalu meminta taksi dari hotel tempat saya menginap tetapi hotel ini adalah pertama kalinya saya turun di

Jika dijelaskan dalam bahasa Cina, mungkin akan seperti ini: mengeluarkan uang berarti menderita. Pertama-tama, letaknya di pedesaan dan transportasinya tidak nyaman. Biayanya 15-20 euro untuk naik taksi dari jalan, suara pedal gas terdengar sepanjang malam karena lokasi agak berbukit, sangat memekakkan telinga, ada dua tempat tidur, dan satu tempat tidur hanya dilengkapi handuk mandi super tipis dilengkapi dengan handuk mandi. Saya minta selimut ke pihak hotel, tapi jumlahnya tidak banyak. ? Bukan karena saya harus memberikan satu poin, saya hanya ingin memberikan poin nol.

Ridiculous AND Rubbish. Totally zero and rubbish hotel, don’t ever book because I visited there on 11/3/25 in midnight and after doing all formalities I went straight away to room and checked the room and the it was ok but not that which they have mentioned to provide in their manual no toothbrush and paste as they mentioned and when I asked them for this the person in specs told me he was new and in night shift and stock has finished so he called the manager in morning till then nothing and ignore totally. Secondly i called them over reception and the same person in specs answered the phone and I asked him when will the breakfast start in morning as i have to leave early and he said it wil start around 10am. So for that I can’t postpone my plans and i woke up early and by chance i called on reception at 7 am and other guy with him answered phone and he said breakfast has started already at 6. So look at their poor management and not providing enough services.  If there is button for negative ratings l loved to give it  False promises written on leaflets, no sense of talk.  Dont book here.  Thanks

I had a pleasant night at the hotel Heaven premium pthe room was nice and clean. The breakfast was very good, and all the staff were smiling and helpful, I highly recommend it.

First of all, my transfer flight was 23 hours after my first flight. Turkish Airlines don’t provide any stopover hotel for you. It is a total scam. So after being rejected at the care center of Turkish Airlines I made on the spot booking at the airport and contacted hotel to pick me up from the Istanbul Airport because since I am an Asian I was afraid of going out to take a taxi alone. Fortunately, hotel responded so quickly and sent me the driver. It took only 15 minutes to get to the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel the staff were super friendly and the room was so clean and comfortable. I took a great night sleep there and breakfast was great as well. Only problem was passing car noise.

Good location as being close to the airport. But there is nothing around the hotel so don’t hope to leave hotel for a walk or shopping. On the other hand, service needs to be improved drastically. They are kind and trying their best but that is pretty much it. It might be better with time though since they are relatively new

Near airport hotel. It good for resting between connecting flight .good price.

I used it for transit stop. For 20 euros you can't get any better.

Excellent service friendly people

Very clean, nice airport hotel with good service. The area around the hotel is not so good but if you are staying one night it’s ok. 10 min walk to a local BIM (supermarket) and a few eateries. In the room there is tea and coffee making facilities, free water and snacks. Rooms are ok size and have tv and aircon. Receptionist very friendly and helps with transfers to airport and ordering in food.
