Ulasan Heaven Premium Hotel İstanbul Airport

Jika dijelaskan dalam bahasa Cina, mungkin akan seperti ini: mengeluarkan uang berarti menderita. Pertama-tama, letaknya di pedesaan dan transportasinya tidak nyaman. Biayanya 15-20 euro untuk naik taksi dari jalan, suara pedal gas terdengar sepanjang malam karena lokasi agak berbukit, sangat memekakkan telinga, ada dua tempat tidur, dan satu tempat tidur hanya dilengkapi handuk mandi super tipis dilengkapi dengan handuk mandi. Saya minta selimut ke pihak hotel, tapi jumlahnya tidak banyak. ? Bukan karena saya harus memberikan satu poin, saya hanya ingin memberikan poin nol.

Very clean, nice airport hotel with good service. The area around the hotel is not so good but if you are staying one night it’s ok. 10 min walk to a local BIM (supermarket) and a few eateries. In the room there is tea and coffee making facilities, free water and snacks. Rooms are ok size and have tv and aircon. Receptionist very friendly and helps with transfers to airport and ordering in food.

This hotel is tricky to find, the best is to have the telephone number with you. The place is really nice with baobab trees, good WiFi in the common area. Big rooms with comfortable beds.

很棒很棒的飯店服務，所有飯店的人員都非常有效率很盡心盡力的幫我安排所有的行程，房間的地板還有暖氣住起來非常非常的舒服，真的是一家天堂飯店，飯店的人員語言很流利一點都沒有溝通障礙，回覆非常的及時通常1分鐘之內就可以收到飯店的回覆，房間非常的漂亮地板木紋磚，浴室是用大理石，房間非常的痛風有小小的陽台，也可以叫外賣來吃，離I ST機場大概只有10分鐘的開車距離，飯店的接駁服務也做得非常詳細非常好很容易找到飯店的私人接駁車，我很開心可以住在這家飯店下次我一定還要再回來住！

性價比高！位置有些偏僻，餐食需要步行約400m，離機場13km打的過去酒店300里拉，酒店到機場375里拉

Muy amable y atento el personal. Perfecto para hospedarse cerca del aeropuerto.

房間很一般，一個破地方買東西非常不方便，定了2天，衹住了一天就走了，也不退房費。

乾淨整潔，前台熱情，離機場很近，酒店可安排送機，不錯！

新酒店，臨時過渡還可以，沒早餐

The room was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly but for some reason, the power went out as soon as we walked into our room and that was a little scary, but then late at night we heard a loud bang on our door and it was some food delivery driver that insisted we ordered food even tho we were asleep and didn’t so that was very scary. After that I felt unsafe and my PTSD from living in the Middle East was triggered so I wasn’t able to fall asleep all night after. No hate to the place it was just an odd experience for me personally because of my past.

Well, there is nothing special but here was my take as a solo traveller from Canada. Pros: centrally located, 5 min walk from underground station. 30 min taxi ride from airport. Facility is clean and newly renovated. Decent breakfast and staffs are friendly in breakfast room. If you are looking for a clean place to crash while in london, it may work. Cons: rooms are ultra small. I was a solo traveler and took a double single use room which was suuposed to be 1 size bigger than a twin room. It was smaller than a typical bathroom in north america. There was no desk or chair incase you wanna catch up with emails for work or something. After placing the small bed, there is hardly any room. Felt suffocating. The temp control did not work. No amenities like phone, gym. No mini fridge inroom incase you need to keep your medication cool. These are houses converted to hotel so i guess they wanted to use every inch of space !! ******* rating is misleading. Not saying it is bad but you have to check to see what they offer meets your need. And by the way, dont bother using ******* app message to contact property. They dont respond.

The cleaning staff in the morning was extremely loud. They spoke very loudly in the hallway and did not take into consideration that people could still be sleeping.

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There was no taxi service there, the only transportation was their shuttle service, they charged me 20 euros for a short trip to the airport.
