A true gem in Nisantasi area,luxurious and comfortable. The staff is efficient and always ready to help. Breakfast is great. Rooms are well designed and large. Bed is wow. And location is central though in a narrow street. We will l surely come back.

This hotel is more like a home. Nothing is too much trouble. Everyone works so hard. The food is delicious. We can't fault it...The staff are brilliant 👏 Congratulations gleam team!! 5 stars 🌟 HIGHLY RECCOMEND 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We checked with the hotel the day we were arriving and let them know we were arriving very late. At 130 am when we arrived they had canceled our reservation. After 1 hr 230 am they offered a tiny horrible room at a regular price, we had an email confirming our reservation and a late arrival. They never backed down never apologized never compensated. I strongly not recommend this hotel, also not 4.9 google rating.

Very nice and new hotel located out of the main road so the location is not noisy . The crew are excellent are ready to help any time. The hotel is near "Osman bey" metro so it's easy to get any where easily. The breakfast is rich and tasty you may ask additionals that are not in the buffe , indoor there is very effient SPA and Steaming room, you can have a hamam like massage.

This hotel is truly exceptional in every way! From the minute you arrive, you are greeted with friendliness and hospitality like no other. The location is great, with many cafes and restaurants nearby and lots of shopping options as well. The rooms are extremely clean and super modern too! The staff are unbelievably thoughtful and go above and beyond to help with anything you need! Serkan, Ufuk, and Sadik are the best! They were extremely helpful and accommodating and made sure our stay was as wonderful as possible. Ertuğ was so kind to bring us a welcome tray of desserts and provide us with an outstanding service at the Bar. We will for sure visit this beautiful hotel in the future and highly recommend to all! ! Thank you for the amazing and memorable experience!!!!!

Such a beautiful Boutique Hotel , the staff are incredible specially Gokhan very helpful and friendly . 10/10 stay. Breakfast also is good variety . Location of the hotel is great , walking distance to Nisantisi a very busy street but not noisy at all.

We stayed for 3 days and the people were very nice. We got free refreshments. The breakfast there is also very nice as there would be a new option each day. I would definitely recommend going there to anyone going to Istanbul for the first time.

Wat een geweldig hotel om te verblijven in Istanbul! Bij aankomst werden we heel gastvrij ontvangen en tot onze verrassing hoorden we dat twee van de vier kamers een upgrade kregen. Onze koffers werden naar de kamers gebracht en kort daarna werd er een ijsemmer gebracht met blikjes Coca-Cola en Sprite, een heerlijk stuk taart en een schaal nootjes. Zo zijn we nog niet eerder ontvangen in een hotel! We hadden een grote kamer die van alle gemakken was voorzien. Groot TV scherm, koelkastje, kluisje, hotelslippers, flesjes water die werden aangeboden, uitstekende bedden, bad benodigdheden en elke dag lagen er weer keurig een nieuw setje hotelslippers voor mij klaar. Gasten worden verwend: zo staan er elke dag in de lobby twee schalen met zoetigheden die steeds worden aangevuld. Het ontbijt is goed en de meisjes die er staan, zijn uiterst behulpzaam en lief. Ik was jarig tijdens onze vakantie in Istanbul en er werd alles aan gedaan om dit goed te laten verlopen. Zelfs het raam werd extra gezeemd waar de slingers werden gehangen. Tijdens het ontbijt kwam de manager, Mr. Göthen, mij een verjaardagscadeautje brengen: 2 mooie koffiekopjes. Hoe leuk is dat! De locatie van het hotel is goed, op loopafstand is een metrostation. Het hotel ligt niet in een mooie straat maar wel veilig en heel rustig; zelfs met het raam open hoor je 's nachts nauwelijks iets. Kortom: het Gleam Collection Hotel is een geweldige plek om te verblijven in Istanbul en ik raad dit hotel dan ook zeer aan. Dank voor een heerlijk verblijf!

Che delusione! L'hotel è una conversione di un palazzo in poche camere che avrebbero dovuto essere più o meno lussuose. Non cè vista né di fronte , né tanto meno sul retro. Le camere in sé sono belline, ma niente di eccezionale. La reception, come ormai dappertutto, è in mano a ragazzi e ragazze giovanissimi ed è microscopica. Il locale dove si fa colazione davvero misero: da pensione. L'unico punto davvero favorevole è, a mio avviso la posizione molto prossima alla metro. Senza infamia e senza lode.
