Ik had voor dit hotel gekozen vanwege de stoomcabine en sauna, maar helaas was er een muffe, schimmelachtige geur in de stoomcabine, die de ervaring echt verpestte. Dit is jammer, omdat je zulke faciliteiten zou verwachten dat ze goed onderhouden zijn, zeker omdat veel mensen, zoals ik, hier speciaal voor kiezen. De kamer zelf was prima en linnengoed schoon, en de bedden liggen lekker.

Perfect staff, hotel and location. Very clean and comfortable 👌 The rooms were not the largest but extremely well laid out and had everything you need. The beds were the very best and the location couldn't be better. Thank you to the friendly staff.

A true gem in Nisantasi area,luxurious and comfortable. The staff is efficient and always ready to help. Breakfast is great. Rooms are well designed and large. Bed is wow. And location is central though in a narrow street. We will l surely come back.

We checked with the hotel the day we were arriving and let them know we were arriving very late. At 130 am when we arrived they had canceled our reservation. After 1 hr 230 am they offered a tiny horrible room at a regular price, we had an email confirming our reservation and a late arrival. They never backed down never apologized never compensated. I strongly not recommend this hotel, also not 4.9 google rating.

Very nice and new hotel located out of the main road so the location is not noisy . The crew are excellent are ready to help any time. The hotel is near "Osman bey" metro so it's easy to get any where easily. The breakfast is rich and tasty you may ask additionals that are not in the buffe , indoor there is very effient SPA and Steaming room, you can have a hamam like massage.

This hotel is truly exceptional in every way! From the minute you arrive, you are greeted with friendliness and hospitality like no other. The location is great, with many cafes and restaurants nearby and lots of shopping options as well. The rooms are extremely clean and super modern too! The staff are unbelievably thoughtful and go above and beyond to help with anything you need! Serkan, Ufuk, and Sadik are the best! They were extremely helpful and accommodating and made sure our stay was as wonderful as possible. Ertuğ was so kind to bring us a welcome tray of desserts and provide us with an outstanding service at the Bar. We will for sure visit this beautiful hotel in the future and highly recommend to all! ! Thank you for the amazing and memorable experience!!!!!

Such a beautiful Boutique Hotel , the staff are incredible specially Gokhan very helpful and friendly . 10/10 stay. Breakfast also is good variety . Location of the hotel is great , walking distance to Nisantisi a very busy street but not noisy at all.
