The homes boat slip is available for rent for an additional $350/week, paid after booking and gives you access to the deep water channel right in front of the community. Built in 2007, this villa is one of the larger exterior units and has 2 bedrooms located on the 2nd floor, both with private bathrooms. The 1st floor offers a wide open layout with a duel peninsula kitchen centered between dining and living rooms with french doors opening to the back patio.
