First time ever I was totally impressed with the level of service received which changed my perception not only about the country , moreover about the city itself. I’ll definitely come back to Islamabad and when I do, I’ll only stay at the Marriott Hotel as everyone there will make you feel at home

The Hotel is Majestic, the traditional ambience and the design was very welcoming. Our room was clean and comfy with complimentary drinks like soft drinks. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of local dishes. Overall, we were glad to have booked Serena Hotel for our first time in Islamabad.

I was fortunate to stay at the Ole Hotel for most of the last month and wanted to say that the stay experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by its elegant design and warm atmosphere. The warm and thoughtful service of the front desk staff made me feel at home. The room was spacious and bright, elegantly furnished, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a peaceful and comfortable night. Also, the soundproofing of the hotel was very good, although it was located in a bustling area, it was almost no noise from the outside, which made me enjoy a quality sleep. The restaurant waiter is friendly and the service is attentive, which adds a lot to the entire dining experience. I have to mention that the location of the Ole Hotel is very good, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and it is very close to the main tourist attractions and shopping centers. In short, Ole Hotel has become my first choice for staying in the local area with its excellent service, comfortable environment and convenient location. Definitely replace it often. The toiletries are all branded, not random brands, and they are quite good. Remarkable Point 4: The ticket the boss gave me was much higher than the ticket at our airport. UnionPay cards cannot be used here. Saved us a lot of time and money. Point 5: The journey from the airport to the hotel felt very chaotic. It was not until I arrived at this hotel that I felt particularly safe and at ease. After asking the boss, he told us that this is equivalent to a wealthy area. After observing the police in the hotel, it was indeed quite safe. There were three or four of them. The rooftop buffet is to die for. Steak, barbecue, scrumptious deserts and excellent curry and salad choices. The housekeeping staff is exceptional helpful and attentive. The executive lounge has free high tea for executive suites which has sandwiches and fruit chaat that are delicious and cardamom tea and lattes served for free all day.

The hotel service is very good and the price is very good. When I stayed at the hotel, it happened to be my birthday. The hotel specially prepared a birthday cake. If I hadn’t seen the surprise given by the hotel, I would have forgotten that it was my birthday. I was very touched, especially for us who have been traveling abroad for a long time.
