We enjoyed our stay at the resort, the rooms were nice however there was some dust in the room. There are many restaurants to choose from and the food was good. The shows were fine. I’ll come back again.

Review We reserved star class and upgraded to a swim out on the second day. Here’s a breakdown of what we thought: Check-in: Straight forward and to the point. You sit down afterwards with your butler/concierge and they go over your coupons and what not and then your butler will bring you to your room. Pools: We spent our time at the star class pool and enjoyed it very much. There’s a bar and grill right at the pool so you don’t need to leave for lunch if you’re hungry. Just grab a bite and go back to your lounger. We didn’t use the regular pool at all so can’t comment on it but it did seem pretty busy anytime we walked by to go to the lazy river. The lazy river was probably our favourite part. Tubes were fairly easy to find even if none were available right away. We would just go in without one and always found some within one lap. Beach: The most beautiful white sand I’ve ever seen! We took nightly walks along the beach and there would be staff out there every night cleaning up and ensuring it was good for the next morning. The water wasn’t as turquoise as I thought it would be but gorgeous nonetheless. There was a day they closed the beach due to multiple jellyfish stings but staff seemed to be on top of it with first aid and preventative measures. Food: I personally wasn’t a fan of the food but everybody has their own preferences so take from it what you will. The buffet was typical, same foods everyday. We had reservations at the Mexican, steakhouse, Italian, and teppanyaki. The only meal we enjoyed was the teppanyaki. Absolutely delicious and so entertaining! The coffee shop is great but always busy so it can take a while to get your drink. We had most of our lunches from the star class bar and grill. The chicken fingers were amazing there. Guys Burger Joint was alright. Nothing spectacular. I will say though that the service at all these restaurants was great. No issues with service. Rooms: Clean but was always so cold, no matter what temperature you set the thermostat to. Incredibly humid. Everything felt damp all the time. We had a swim out. We didn’t get sun at any point through the day and stayed in building 23. So avoid this area if you’re looking for a sunny area. Butler service: Service available with star class. Our butler Chris was able to secure us reservations at all of the restaurants we requested. Messages you every morning with schedules and activities and reservation reminders. Lets you know when he’s leaving for the night. Ensures he’s available to help if you have any questions. Answers his messages very promptly and if he’s busy he will let you know he’ll be with you as soon as he’s available. Was very satisfied and made our stay stress free. We were very lucky to have him. Air Canada rep - was there the first day when we had to meet with him but because the wifi didn’t work in that area for me, I couldn’t scan the QR code to get our transportation information back to the airport. Wow amazing. From the moment you get to the hotel and welcomed with around of applause. Family of 3 staying in star class entourage suite and our butler Oscar couldn’t do enough for us. The ground are large and the staff were constantly working hard to keep them clean. You will never go hungry. Our personal choice was the steakhouse however all the other restaurants were very food No sun lounge wars

We had a great time at this resort! In particular we loved the gym and classes! They are brilliant at this resort! The staff are super helpful and make you feel very welcome! We loved the daily morning yoga classes with Clarissa, she was lovely and made everyone feel comfortable and capable! Highly recommend!

The atmosphere was amazing! The staff very friendly. Our our excursion with ex cart cnotes with five different activities we booked with the hotel so amazing you would not be disappointed. It was a whole day adventure we paid for the pictures. We will cherished forever. Our first time to all exclusive the Japanese hibachi by far our favorite place to eat here we ate there three nights be sure you get the star package when you book you get a butler who helps you with everything. Any questions you have or if you simply just want him to bring you amazing we had Trinidad and Tona as our butlers they are the best. room service breakfast could not be any better than it was. It was perfect. If you want the extra bacon asked for it. If you want extra eggs Get it anything you want they make it just as you request. The beds are very comfortable & room service will change the sheets every day and clean your room. If you don’t want it changed for a day you can put a do not disturb on your door, the safe was amazing to have in the room. It’s bolted down so can you put your own code in there? this is just for your security and peace of mind. Be sure to take plenty of sunscreen and your blue ice for sunburn relief. Because if you have to get acid reflex and medicine or those sunscreens and ice are $30 a bottle so that’s a little tip for you. be sure you bring all of that and plenty of it so you don’t have to buy it in the resort that the medicine was a little bit higher than in the United States However we didn’t bring any acid reflux medicine and then my daughter needed some ibuprofen to go with her sunburn so we had to buy that too. It was a little overpriced, however not as bad as the sunscreens items.also download the Uber app we took a taxi to the mall it was $70 there and $70 back just so you know that Isla mall is like Beverly Hills very expensive so we just went there and turned around and came back for $140 If I had the Uber app and would’ve used that would’ve been like $30 round-trip these are things that I ran into that next time I will not forget to do don’t hell a taxi or call any Ubers other than in the Uber app. Best time to plan for Cancun, is probably May if you do early June just book your stay at the north coast, there is way less Sargasm. Other than those little tips that I gave you the place is amazing. It’s beautiful has all the purple lights. They have entertainment every night at 9 o’clock some starts a little bit earlier like they’ll have singers or some people that dance on this stage and interact with you and show you how to do some of the dances so much fun. the lobby is amazing. Some people hang out there at night before their dinner reservations. Only star class can make dinner reservations so that’s also a perk of star class. A lot of people don’t know that I saw some people trying to get into a restaurant, but they were already booked by reservations,so star class is very important.
