Ulasan TRS Coral Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive

My first room was terrible. Water fell down due to a/c problem, when we arrive. We couldn’t do anything during maintenance and clean. So we spend dinner time in the room. And second day, we moved our room cuz of a/c humidity and noisy problem. the butler who works night time did nothing to prepare to move my room. We stayed at room for 3hrs. Finally I could move after I called frontdesk to ask moving my room. In the result, we were just staying in the room in dinner time for 2days. It was super terrible experience. They messed up my honeymoon trip.

We spent our honeymoon in TRS hotel with my wife. Check in was very quick and smooth unlike some other reviews i read takes a few hours, maybe it was on a weekday. Francisco at the check in counter was very helpful , he helped us upgraded our room to swim up suit and it was amazing! Sostenes and Cesar assigned as our butler for our stay and they were very helpful as well and always smiling. One thing I’d like to mentioned is that they said they have 25 minutes complementary spa for us for our honeymoon, and the reception told us to meet at the lobby next morning at 8:30am to take us to breakfast and to tour us around the resort. But the next morning we realized we have to attend to the sales center where they wants to sell us some traveling package which we didn’t expect, altho they are all very nice but we spent two hours there listening to them on the first morning of our stay and it was our honeymoon. wish they would let us know earlier then I would rejected, and they said we had to attend in order to claim the complimentary spa which at the beginning they said it’s for our honeymoon. Anyways, For food I highly recommended Gaucho steak house, we tried the bone in steak and they grill them with charcoal and it was very delicious , but the second time we went the steak was over cooked a bit. During our stayed we joined two activities, one is water aerobic and paddling. Both instructor was very fun and especially Dente. He was super friendly and patient! Overall we are satisfied with our stay, and would recommend to our friends.

Awesome hotel with friendly staff and incredible restaurants

Buen hotel, playa con harto viento pero poco sargazo. Buena atención, los restaurantes están bien pero no sobresalen. La piscina está bien, el bar nos tocó en reparaciones. El gimnasio y spa espectaculares

손님들이 미친듯이 많지 않는데도 체크인이 순서대로 진행되지 않고 허니문이라는 얘기도 했지만 아무런 세팅도 없었습니다 그 외에는 바틀러도 실시간으로 커뮤니케이션이 잘 되었고 다른 서비스들은 매우 만족 했습니다 재 방문의사는 있지만 첫인상이 좀 더 좋게 신경을 써줬으면 좋겠습니다

너무 기대하고 갔나.... 일단 버클러 서비스를 잘 못받아서 아쉬워요 어플을 한국에서 깔고갔어어 했는데 어플 인증을 못해서 카톡으로 대화주고 받았는데 답변은 빨리오지만 실행시간이 너무 느렸어요 뭐 해달라고하면 두세번은 말해야...해주시고 사람이 너어어무 많아서 모든식당은은 예약을 꼭 해야된다고 생각하심 될거같아요 ㅠㅡㅠ 그리고 룸서비스나 식당에서 음식 주문하면 시간이 너어무 오래걸렸어요 1시간이상... 그래도 시설이나 해변가 소유 칙 카바레쇼 등 보유한점은 어느 호텔이든 따라가기 힘들것같아용 ㅎㅡㅎ 그래도 재방문 의사 있습니다 ~!~!

서비스는 전반적으로 만족함. 음식이 좀 별로임 특히 피자가 별로임 ㅜㅜ 그리고 일식은데판야키가 맛있어 보임 칸쿤을 온다면 굳이 다시가진 않을듯

룸은 좋지만 메인풀도 작고 이용할 수 있는것을이 별류 없고 .. 물도 더럽고…. 엘가우초 정말 맛있어요 해변도 가까이 잇어서 좋긴햇어요

호텔이 너무 깨끗하고 물놀이 하기 좋았습니다. 여러개의 레스토랑이 있어 골라 먹는 재미도 있고 특히 친절한 직원들 덕분에 기분 좋은 여행이었습니다. 칸쿤을 또 온다면 방문할 의사 있습니다.
