I had an amazing experience at Mousai Carlos and Marco. My Butlers were fantastic. I have traveled around the world and the thing that makes them different. Is they actually care about their guest having a nice time. In one case I needed something from the store and he went offsite to get it for me, that just doesn’t happen anymore. Overall, the hotel is fantastic, the food is superb, and the people who work there are happy, happy in general, but happy to serve us.

We spent 9 days at Mousai in mid-March, and it was extraordinary. Fabulous location, luxurious and well-appointed room, outstanding food, consistently outstanding service. The staff quickly knew our names and preferences, and were so attentive and friendly. Here are the team members we interacted with most frequently and made our visit very special: Heriberto and Cynthia (who managed and hosted the dining room service experiences), Abidad and Abraham at the fabulous Noi, Gerardo, Carlos at the bars and patios, Santiago and Hector who moved mountains to create comfortable locations of us at the pools and beach, Blanca and Ivan who took such great care of us as we enjoyed the sunshine and views, and Elizabeth the concierge who arranged all our dining reservations across the sister resorts and restaurants. Fabulous experience.

Ok I never write reviews I’m just not that guy. I have been a member at Taffer resorts since 2018 and I joined because the service is always 5 stars. This was my first Cancún visit to this mousai and I felt compelled to write this review. You always know what you get with this brand but the staff here this trip was exceptional. I have to name drop some special people. NOI and the rooftop in particular had a few of the most memorable and kind servers. Heriberto, Jose, Abraham and Abi at NOI for breakfast were top notch 5 star service! Then for NOI dinner service was no different. We ate there two nights out of the 5 because Fernando was THE BEST waiter! So kind and genuine and he also sang songs for us and has a beautiful voice! The rooftop at mousai was incredible as well. Francisco, Abe, Angel, Hector and all the pool staff were also exceptional at 5 star hospitality service and deserve all the praise for their hard work. These resorts are always the best at their customer service but they went beyond the standard. Tip them extra cause they deserve it

The hotel, amenities, service, food and views were amazing!! We had a blast. Housekeeping was excellent and the butler service was also excellent. In particular, Marcos and Alexa were a great help to me, as I was also pumping milk for my baby on vacation and needed lots of help each day to do this while also trying to find time to relax. The spa was also wonderful and the shuttle service was also really helpful.

We visited hotel Mousai recently and my wife and I really enjoyed our stay! The resort is more intimate and adults only but you have access to the other resorts near by but they don’t have access to yours which is nice. We stayed at the top floor and the ocean views were amazing! One small issue was the music that started playing late at the rooftop, which was directly above us but if you don’t mind then it’s fine. We paid for all inclusive and it is worth paying the extra. After you are done eating, they still bring the bill showing the amount you spent but if you pay for all inclusive, you just sign and write your room number. I suggest bringing cash to tip, it’s not expected but they appreciate it. I have to give a quick shout out to several pool managers and servers at the beach and pool who made our experience amazing. You can find Hector, Francisco, Yamir, and Abi at the beach, roof top, or pool. They change locations from day to day but the are awesome! They are very friendly, attentive and are very efficient at doing their jobs. One of our favorite restaurants was Dao and Noi, the food and service were impeccable. You will not be disappointed.

Breakfast at Noi was delicious and the service was excellent. Staff were super friendly and attentive. The rooftop bar was very nice as well with an incredible view. Shout out to the chefs and kitchen staff every dinner was very tasty. Thank you!

Our stay at Hotel Mousai Cancun, was exceptional. Alexa and Marcos were awesome and can't wait to see them again. Anel, was a god send. Great staff, beautiful resort. We never want to leave every single time ,we have to leave to return home. Looking forward to our next stay with them .

First off the pros: the hotel is new and clean, the room was huge with a hot tub on the balcony. The entire staff was very friendly. All of the food we ate was good, the rooftop pool is really cool. The cons: we had an all inclusive package but you still have to wait for (and sign) a bill for every food item or beverage you order. They show you the “total” and add a line for a tip. The staff are really great but possibly understaffed as there were often long waits for service. The lobby bar is BRIGHT even at night; they could benefit from some dimmers to set the mood. You will likely go to the neighboring resorts for some meals (they’re included with the all-inclusive) but then you will be dining with screaming kids, as the other properties are family friendly. The nighttime entertainment is also geared towards families. For an adults only resort, we saw and heard a lot of kids. Lastly there are no umbrellas on the beach, only by the pool area. It’s just not the experience we were expecting.

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Mousai, we were treated to an experience beyond five stars. This resort is the epitome of luxury, with outstanding staff, world-class dining, and breathtaking surroundings. The service was impeccable—everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special. A special thank you to Marcos, Heriberto, and Cinthia at NOI—their warmth and professionalism made every meal a delight. The food was amazing, and every bite was an experience in itself. The drinks were fantastic, and we enjoyed some of the best cocktails and tequilas we’ve ever had. Our concierges, Anel and Astrid, were incredible—they helped with every detail and truly made our trip seamless. And Luis at the Mousai rooftop bar was simply the best. We ended our nights with a nightcap under the stars, and his service made it even more memorable. Our room was stunning, with spectacular views, luxurious amenities, and impeccable cleanliness. We indulged in room service several times, and it was always spectacular—delicious food, prompt service, and beautifully presented dishes. The beaches were breathtaking, the entire property was spotless, and the attention to detail was remarkable. Every aspect of our stay was flawless, and we can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for the ultimate luxury getaway, Hotel Mousai is the place to be. We would give it more than five stars if we could!
