Finca La Corona

We stayed in the villa ' Vista Risco'. This appartment is very spacious and has fantastic views. We really enjoyed the space and could choose from different seating areas to enjoy the view from different angles on different parts of the day. There are even sunbeds inside to relax when it is a bit colder and with a window in the ceiling to enjoy the stars at night. The living area, kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped, the owners thought of everything. We even received a free breakfast for the first day. The surroundings are very quiet. The pool felt like a private pool since there were no guests around most of the time. Restaurants available at a 10-15 minutes drive and nearby many sightseeing and walking spots in northern Lanzarote.

We had an amazing stay at Finca la corona. The villa was really beautiful, with a huge comfy bed, and lovely furnishings. We especially enjoyed sleeping in a cave for the week! The kitchen was well-equipped and we appreciated the small touches such as the information pack, welcome bottle of wine, and bits of food (butter, bread, cheese etc..) The property is secluded up in the mountains so you get a great view of the striking Lanzarote landscapes and amazing stargazing. We would have really loved for the hot tub to be filled, as some days it was a bit too windy to use the pool, but we understand that it's probably not worth the cost of doing so, as we were the only ones staying at that time. The villas are near the lovely towns of Haría and Ye, far away from any mega-resorts or package holiday hotels, which we much preferred. There are beautiful beaches, swimming spots, and lovely coastal towns about 20 - minutes drive from the Finca, that are much more authentically Canarian than what you will find in much of the south of the island. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we hope to come again in the future!

Grundsätzlich muss man sagen, dass die Apartments der Finca Corona liebevoll und landestypisch eingerichtet sind. Kerzen, Keramiken und Körbe verzieren das Interieur. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine (inkl. Spültabs), einen großen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und einen Backofen – keine Selbstverständlichkeiten, deshalb lobend zu erwähnen. Es fehlen höchstens ein paar Boxen (bitte komplett spülmaschinenfest) zum Aufbewahren. Das Geschirr ist von Villeroy & Boch. Man kann die Art der Kaffeemaschine wählen und erhält Pads, Kapseln etc. dafür – toller Service! Im Kühlschrank waren für die Erstausstattung Wasser und Milch (letzteres brauchten wir eigentlich nicht). Öl, Essig, Salz und Gewürze waren auch da. Grundsätzlich muss man aber erst einmal in Haría einkaufen gehen nachdem man angekommen ist. Vielleicht vorher absprechen, was vorhanden ist und dann nach der Ankunft direkt in Arrecife oder Playa Honda im großen Supermarkt einkaufen, bei dem es alles gibt, und erst dann hochfahren. Jedes Apartment scheint individuell, mit Vor- und Nachteilen. Wir wollten ursprünglich das Apartment Vista Risco buchen, aber es war leider schon ausgebucht und deshalb waren wir im Apartment Vista Corona. Das ist das einzige ohne Terrasse, also ohne Außen-Sitzplatz, nur mit Wintergarten. Das ist ein Minuspunkt. Der Ausblick auf den Vulkan Corona ist zwar sehr schön vom Wintergarten aus, aber man möchte doch gerne auch mal draußen sitzen können. Wir waren im Winter da, deshalb war es nicht ganz so schlimm, aber grundsätzlich kann man Vista Corona u. a. deshalb nicht wirklich empfehlen. Wahrscheinlich ist es auch der Grund, weshalb nur dieses Apartment bei Airbnb angeboten wird. Außerdem ist es ein mittleres Apartment, somit ist das Wohnzimmer quasi im Flur und das Bad lässt sich nicht lüften. Licht wird über Lichtschächte und indirekte Beleuchtung erreicht, das ist wirklich geschickt gemacht und sieht auch gut aus. Aber es bleibt im Prinzip dunkel. Durch die genannten Nachteile muss es im Vergleich mit den anderen 4er-Apartments deutlich günstiger sein, was es leider nicht ist. Die drei Vista-Apartments lassen sich verbinden, wenn man mit Freunden oder einer Großfamilie anreist. Deshalb ist es sehr hellhörig, d.h. man hört im Wintergarten von links und rechts die Leute sprechen, husten oder deren Musik. Ich empfehle deshalb auf jeden Fall eines der beiden äußeren Apartments zu nehmen. Für zwei Personen, das Apartment Risco und für Familien das Apartment Amanecer. Die sind natürlich auch hellhörig, aber man hört wenigstens nur einen Nachbarn und nicht beidseitig. Es gibt noch drei weitere Apartments auf der Finca, allerdings ohne Blick auf den Vulkan Corona. Sie heißen Poniente, Naciente und La Tracera. Das Poniente hat eine Terrasse gen Norden und Westen (zum Parkplatz) mit Sundownermöglichkeit. Das Naciente ist gen Norden und Osten ausgerichtet, aber seitlich davor ist der allgemeine Grillplatz. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es lästig sein kann mit dem Grill, wenn dieser

La maison dans laquelle nous logions est d'un confort et d'un bon goût (tellement rare dans les locations de vacances) remarquables. Propreté absolue (le ménage est fait dans une grande discrétion, nous n'avons jamais vu ceux qui le font). Autrement dit, les locations de Finca La Corona offrent le confort d'un hôtel de luxe et la liberté d'une maison individuelle. Les jardins sont superbes, le site au pied du volcan tout autant. Et quel calme... on n'entend que les oiseaux.

Emplacement au nord de l'île plus sauvage et un peu plus frais.. très belle vue.Maison très bien équipée et superbe vue sur le volcan.Parfait pour ceux recherchant le calme et la nature.Accueil impeccable.
