"It's very old, and it feels like a B&B. I only saw two buildings of MS Hotel in Futamiura. The others are similar to this three-story Japanese-style old house B&B. There is no shower in the room. You have to go to the public room on the first floor. The bathhouse (is small, but very clean, almost no one there), the Japanese old man who owns it is very nice, and the dinner and breakfast are very good. I just wanted to add some Matsusaka beef, but he said it was not available😓. I feel that the price is a bit expensive during the cherry blossom season, because I booked it on the morning of my check-in, so there may be less choices. Only this hotel has available rooms."

"•the hotel is very big and it take a long walk from the lobby to the room and the room to the onsen •the room was decorated simply muji style and was spacious •the onsens was near the lobby and the water is not hotspring water but herbal/floral water •although the onsen was spacious but the onsen was dirty; there are hair floating on the surface of the water everywhere •the onsen outdoor is only lukewarm and there were insects floating • there are shampoo and shower cream provided but there are no body lotion provided in the makeup room the hairdryer is not good •you have to make reservationfor the breakfast in the morning beforehand otherwise our choice might not be available •you can choose to eat breakfast from 5-6 restaurants and there is time slots to choose from •we chose the 9:00am time slot for the ochazake set it was a traditional japanese breakfast some of is didn’t enjoy it because it has too limited choice •we walked around the hotel it was huge we went to the organic farm house to shop for local goods and went to drink coffee sarutahiko the cofee and matcha was soo goodd must try!"

"The hotel is very clean, and the bath amenities have a lovely bergamot essential oil scent. They also provide Kosé Sekkisei basic skincare and makeup remover. The front desk staff speak English and Chinese. I highly recommend this place for those who are hesitant about bathing nude in public onsens, as there are three private onsens available for rent. You might need to wait for a private onsen during winter. Alternatively, you can use the public onsen or the outdoor tub on your room's balcony (which is smaller). Be aware that restaurants in the nearby alley don't stay open late (closing by 5-6 PM at the latest), so if you're not driving, you might want to book dinner at the hotel. For breakfast, you can choose between Western or Japanese style, and the taste is decent."

"It was a little disappointing that the large public bath had no water in the area where it used to be, and the tissues in the room were empty after using three sheets. Also, the room service was not very good, so you had to call a nearby store in your room and then pick it up yourself when it was ready, which I thought was also a hassle. In terms of content, it felt like a business hotel, but it's easier to imagine that the accommodation fee is higher than that of a business hotel."

"I stayed here as part of a tour, and although it was certainly old, and I had some complaints about having to change into slippers at the entrance, the food, and the lack of smiles from the staff, it was a very ordinary hotel. It's not luxurious or flashy. The beach is right behind the hotel, so you can see the calm Ise Bay and the sandy beach from the front of the room, and the Meoto Iwa rocks are nearby, so it's convenient for visiting Ise Shrine, and the location is not bad. It seems like it would be crowded with beachgoers in the summer. The large public bath on the 4th floor has warm, soft water, and the open-air bath faces the sea, so you can hear the sound of the waves and feel the sea breeze, and you can choose the pattern of your yukata, which made a good impression."
