This was a reasonably priced chain hotel. The reception was attentive and helpful. The housekeeping changed linens daily. A great view from the window of the skyline, the bare sandy mountains and the beach. Clean lobby. The best part was that it was a block away from Boquedano street. This is a pedestrian street lined with historical wooden buildings converted to restaurants and bars. Lots of nightlife. During the day time you can stroll around, people watch and shop at the temporary stalls. The beach can be walked to in about 10 to 15 minutes. The hotel also has a taxi stand.

My one-night stay here was fantastic overall. The location, although not oceanfront, is central to all the sights in the city, and renovations have clearly been done within the property to refresh it for years to come. Service was generally spot-on; a few of the staff speak proficient English, and even though it was confusing at first which branch of the hotel (since both an Ibis and an Ibis Budget are housed together) the staff were going to put me in, I was helped and led to the correct places when required. My room was compact like most Ibises, but it was clean and comfortable, featuring an accessible bathroom for my electric wheelchair (although it wasn’t necessary to have such a large bathroom). What I loved most about my entire stay, honestly, was the free filtered water available 24/7 by the elevators, which I used nonstop. Such a great addition! Thank you, Ibis, for a wonderful eight hours!

Fue mi primera vez en esta linda ciudad. El hotel Ibis me sentí a gusto, habitaciones pequeñas pero con lo necesario, la ducha tiene una mampara así que bañarse es cómodo, la temperatura del agua fue ideal sin pelear para regular el agua, con shampoo y toallas, más un secador de cabello, caja fuerte. el servicio de limpieza impecable. Tuve la suerte de tener la grandiosa vista del mar desde mi habitación. El trato cordial de los empleados en todo momento, el desayuno muy completo, cené y me encanto. Mucha gente entrando y saliendo del hotel. Muchas gracias a todos y bendiciones.

El Hotel tiene buena ubicación, habitaciones muy chicas, con camas que son 0,75 plaza , baño diminuto, solo para pasar una noche, el desayuno que dicen es buffet, es muy pobre pero muy pobre, la atención regular. el Hotel no esta apto para personas movilidad reducida.

No respetaron la tarifa de reserva realizada telefónicamente, cobrando aprox el doble al momento de check in. Al momento de reserva solicitan registro en su plataforma de fidelización all.accord.com para acceder a tarifa con descuentos, que realmente no sirve de nada porque cobraron más del doble de lo informado. Personal de recepción no habla inglés, pésima experiencia de recepción.

Hotel espetacular. ¡Equipo simpático, hotel nuevo y limpio, cama muy buena y desayuno bien servido! Atención 24h, opciones para comer. Vine a un congreso y durante todos los días que quede la atención fue de primera, volveria y indico a todos !

Apenas cumple, es tres estrellas y no ponen toalla de mano, no hay mas almohadas, el desayuno malito y ademas hoy, estando varias personas comienzan a retirar todo, estoy clara que es hasta las 10, ok, cierren el acceso pero no retiren todo, primera vez que me pasa en un hotel.

El baño deja mucho que desear. Es demasiado pequeño,por lo cual, lo hace incómodo. Una persona de contextura gruesa no podría ingresar ahí Las camas en mal estado, por lo que la primera noche fue pésima. Al segundo día, hicieron el aseo, pero no dejaron papel higiénico. Había un jabón-shampoo en la ducha, de pésima calidad y con olor a silicona de auto, causando alergia en el cuerpo.
