酒店位置非常好，地鐵，公交車就在門口，去所有地方都很方便。

距離: 車站及市中心分別十分鐘左右, 還算方便. 隔條馬路就是海邊 酒店: 酒店設施有點舊, 清潔度及服務尚算可以.

We arrived on a Thursday afternoon and was met with a warm greeting from a young lady at reception. We checked in easier than expected and was pleasantly surprised by the courtesy, respect and friendliness of Taylor. She was immensely helpful with her assistance checking in and information needed, Taylor went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. She was bright, pleasant, well presented and a massive credit to premier inns. Good staff are very hard to find you have a diamond there, please ensure you look after her and praise her for her hard work and dedication to being the best, which she is. Great job..

Went to stay at Premier Inn Quayside for a long weekend for a dance competition staff were great had to go out to practice and Taylor was great and cooked me a meal so I did not run late all the staff involved were great had a lovely stay would come back again 1st class service.

OK, let's be honest, when you book a Premier Inn, you mainly know what you're going to get, even down to the room layout and the decor. So the only thing that really makes a difference, is the staff, the service and the food. We arrived a bit early and were greeted by Taila. As we couldn't check in and felt like a pint, we were given directions to the nearest pub, so made our way there. Upon returning, we had found out the room had been booked incorrectly on our side and with all rooms taken, Taila called an assistant and they systematically worked out a solution to change our room from one that had not booked in yet. Excellent service. All done with a smile and friendly attention. As the room wasn't set up to our booking, Taila found time to get the bed made up herself. In the morning, she greeted us again and we thanked her for her efforts. Breakfast was fresh, hot and went down a treat. We checked out soon after that. But like I said at the top, your experience is only as good as the staff, the service and the food. What could have been an awkward moment, became resolved by Taila's endeavours and comforting help. Top marks for her and the service she gave, going above and beyond, what was initially expected.

I tend not to leave too many reviews generally but it clear as soon as we arrived and had spoken to Taylor on reception that we were going to leave a review. Taylor single handedly made our experience a better one. We arrived slightly early but were not able to check in, which we respect. She asked if we knew the area( which we didnt) and she began to explain the area, and where we could go and get lunch or a beer. She was warm, welcoming and professional, also judging when it was appropriate to interject with humour. Later when we returned to check in, it dawned on us that i had mistakenly booked a double room. Taylor explained that you were fully booked on what was a very busy weekend, but she appreciated our dilemma and immediately began to see if there was anything she could do to help our situation. I explained it was my fault but she was determined to help and relocated us to another room that had not checked in yet. Heres the thing, the additional single room in the new room was not 'made up' but Taylor was prepared to go above and beyond and make the bed herself whislt juggling her normal responsibilities. Amazing! So we had an excellent overnight stay, a good sleep, the room clean, as was the hotel. Next morning at breakfast we were greeted again by Taylor, bright cheery, well presented and once again warm, welcoming and professional. Breakfast was also excellent, good coffee, good confident service. I have served in the hospitality industry for 35 years as a chef, and good staff like Taylor, in my experience are not common place and should be told how valuable the are to the industry. So, thank you to Taylor and the rest of team.
