The staff’s proactive kindness and genuine concern for my family’s well-being truly elevated our stay from a simple visit to an unforgettable experience. This is my first time stay here, Surprisingly i love it so much! Spacious room, clean room and also comfy bed and guess what it comes with sofa bed also! View from the room also perfect! Will come again !

1st time to Ipoh and happy that I chose this hotel. It is very convenient to mall, eatery n places of interest. The check in was very smooth and fast.  Am delighted that I was able to checked into my room at around 9am instead of 3pm . Room is clean and spacious with nice view too. The only thing are the toilet door and the main door is too old very hard to close 😅 other than that everything is good😁The b’fast spread is very simple nothing to be picky abt , just nice to fill up your tummy.  Thank you for your hospitality and will sure to recommend to friends.

Stayed one night at this very nice hotel. Easy check-in, good view from 15th floor of Ipoh, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, WiFi included and the air-con worked well. We had a big buffet breakfast the next morning- lots of choice so couldn’t try everything. Pool looked inviting but was closed, the gym had several machines but the room was hot so we went walking instead.

Satisfying and the best choice to stay here. The staff here are very friendly, very helpful and customer friendly. The service here is very efficient and always our top choice. Highly recommend to those out there if they want a comfortable stay in Ipoh. Many halal and delicious restaurants and hotspots around this hotel. Close to highway PLUS access. It's fun and worth it.

The room was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The toilet was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, which is always a big plus. Breakfast at the hotel was simple but delicious, featuring fresh and satisfying options to start the day right. One lovely surprise was finding a personalized note in my room after check-in. The management had left a greeting wishing me a Merry Christmas. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it made me feel so warm and happy. Small touches like this truly set this hotel apart. Thank you so much! Another highlight is the nearby amenities. Within walking distance, we found a Chinese restaurant, a Japanese restaurant, and even a bar and bistro, offering a variety of dining choices to suit different tastes. Overall, my family and I were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. For the value it offers, Symphony Suites Hotel will undoubtedly be our first choice on our next visit to Ipoh. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very old, but its strategic location near Dataran Ipoh. Free basement parking is available, which is convenient. A RM50 deposit is required at check-in. The rooms are spacious and offer good views.However, the breakfast options are quite basic, and the fruit was not fresh. Additionally, if you need an iron, it is located outside the room.

In the Royal Golf Course, the environment is very good, the room suite is very spacious, including breakfast at 10 o'clock but not up to eat. Parking is free. Suitable for self-driving.
