Was asked to pay extra 30. The hotel staff said error on trip com. What nonsense. I want a refund.

Ask for extra payment while check in even pay full online. This hotel don't allow me check in but continue charge me, didn't cancel my booking. Trip.com should banned this type of cheated hotel continue listed.

Staying here for two days . This is a very basic hotel . You get what you pay . Not amenities whatsoever . If you plan to have a leisure time at hotel , then this hotel is not for you . Go find other hotel . One thing I hate is I can hear noise from outside which is really disturbance ( noises from other guest ) But overall for a short stay and if your main focus is just for sleep then this is right for you . Btw the owner is indian , I think they are family .

Strategic hotel location, clean and tidy. Unfortunately was asked to pay RM31/room upon check in saying there was an error on the price in website. Travellers need to be aware of this before making a booking with this hotel.

Hotel ini boleh dikategorikan sebagai hotel bajet. Kemudahan yang disediakan kemudahan basic sahaja. Bagi traveller yang gemarkan bilik yang bersih dan selesa tidak sesuai. Kelebihan hotel ini berdekatan dengan plaza tol ipoh.
