Hotel scam,selak rosak,lift rosak,tempat menyeramkan,bila check in tiba2 ada suara lalaki kat bilik sebelah,tak sesuai,entah2 hotel simpan perompak,lantai pecah,sangat tidak selemat untuk perempuan atau lelaki,gambar tipu,hotel kotor,

indah kabar dari rupa, review jjur location ok dkat sngt nk ke bandar ipoh trutama stadium ipoh, night market dn shop lot kdai mkn lain.. pam mnyak,akn ttapi bilik tiada tv.. lif hnye 1 operasi,1 lg rosak dlm proses baik pulih jubin ade yg dh rosak dn pcah utk di pijak.. kbnykn blik ksong wlaupn hari cuti umum.. hrge tdak brptutan dri segi bilik yg dsdiakn,mngkin dlm anggaran RM 60 - RM 70 shaje utm 1 mlm.. dtg mmginap hnye utk tidur okla, kwasan parking open tiada security, mlm pn tk psti ade org jge kaunter dpan atau tak.. kbnykn mse ditgglkn ksong jika ade ape2 hal tktau nk repot pde spe.. tel dlm blikpn tak boleh dgnekn,hnye wifi je ok

i nak mandi pagi ada urusan, takde air, terpaksa pergi keluar cari toilet untuk mandi, call receptionist takde angkat, turun bawah, takde orang.

Hotel look low maintenance and bed are old, the jacuzzi can't use at all, TV not working, air conditioning remote cannot use, room telephone not function, the main entrance door electric not functional and no water early morning, I hope the hotel management upgrade their service, no drinking water and lastly the reception person are friendly

Possibly the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in before in my whole entire life! I arrived at 2pm so didn't have much choice to go rebook somewhere else plus no refunds given, I spent most my day out but my sleep was horrendous, massive cock roaches everywhere, lift broken, tiles broken, bedroom disgusting, smoke smelling dirty sheets, aircon either freezing or turn it off and be boiling, bathroom I didn't even want to get clean in so didn't shower. No toilet roll, just basically absolutely horrendous! Shouldn't even be allowed to be open. Disgraceful.

Staff very friendly. And give me late check out for discount price since need take night bus back home😇

It's such an old budget hotel ,so you can't expect more..but the hotel is large actually just no maintenance was doing, if more maintenance much better

Sangat kotor. Lift rosak trpaksa turun guna tangga. Bilik kotor sgt dgn cadar x tukar. Don’t stay there

Book for friend but the hotel is so poor, I think this hotel affected because of MCO, hotel entrance a bit dirty, tiles also broke and other lvl wasn’t clean like not service.

I plan to report to police on the hotel and trip.com asap

The room quite dirty and dark, the bed got something bit, that the lif old and look danger

It’s an old hotel which you can see from mainroad.They still can reduce the price as it was an old budget hotel.It only looks grand from outside unfortunately inside the tiles were broken at the corridors,no tv and you can use elevator to go up but when you get down to lobby you must use staircase.I kept woke up at the night because of the noise when people walking on the broken tiles.Not recommended to those who wanted to spend much time inside the room.Luckily i spent most of my time at outside and I have no choice seems i had fully paid for the rooms.The front desk people were very friendly.Otherwise nothing nice to talk about😞

This is an old budget hotel. Although it is not well maintained but it is worth to stay if u wish to spend most of time outside hotel and not inside the hotel. There is not TV channel available in room. An iron available at each level of floor. The location is close to the centre of Ipoh, a police station and fairly close to highway. The price should be maintained as a budget hotel to sustain
