Ulasan MU Hotel

I stay at this hotel when I travel to Ipoh due to convenient purpose. The hotel doesnt keep my historical record due to change of system and hence the registration took time. Im very dissapointed on this stay experience as the room is poorly maintained, air conditioner is not working and the power plug is not working. The staff require several reminders to come to the room to do fixing/troubleshooting.

This is my return stay with MU Hotel. I am continually impressed by their exemplary services and dedication to providing a good stay. My family were stranded in Ipoh due to a cancelled flight. Upon hearing about our situation, they immediately reached out to the airline and provided us (and other strandees) with another night's stay. I am truly thankful for the help rendered and will definitely be back for our visits to Ipoh. P.S. The view from the room is awesome!

Nice and clean hotel, comfortable with big room. Walking distance to famous tong sui street and surrounding with many restaurants, will come back if I’m going to Ipoh.

Neat and clean; near to attractions and very convenient. Will definitely come again.

The hotel location is very convenient. They come with a shuttle bus service to bring you around the area for free. The room aircon is powerful ,and water pressure is high..

The indian front desk was kind of mean to kick up out when we over-slept and passed the usual check out time- actually was intended to extent to one more night but quickly ran away after that call

Great location with cozy rooms. Amenities are good for its price. Staffs are very helpful. Good choice for those who do not drive to Ipoh

1) Mr Addy is an asset to your hotel - he is forthcoming, patient, sincere and accommodating with high EQ; unlike the Indian receptionist who has a poker face. We asked her where can we find good massage/spa around our hotel area, she said that we can google! When we checked in, it would be nice if the Ms Parimala could highlight to guests where the breakfast is located, how to get wifi etc....and we will be feel welcomed. Instead, we have to ask and she will reply with an expressionless face. Perhaps she should observe Mr Addy and learned from him. 2) The rest of the staff were friendly and cheerful - Ms Chia Ling and Ms Azlin. Please convey our thanks to those who have made our stay pleasant.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Addy was proactive and helpful in making our stay comfortable and welcoming. The surrounding was peaceful and easy to get around.

The staff was friendly, The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities.

Everything was good (location, parking at premise, cleanliness) except for an Indian receptionist girl (name: Prxxxxxxx) black face no smile at all.

Apart from the unprofessional staff (she serves guests with a deadpan expression and when we requested to leave our luggages at the hotel after checking out, we had to bring them into the stuffy storage room ourselves), dirty kettle, foreign objects floating in the water bottle in the gym, and the limited gym equipment, it was generally a pleasant value for money stay. The location and view were great.

Location good in the centre of most attractions places, recommended!
