I recently had the pleasure of staying at Symphony Suites Hotel, Ipoh, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is strategically located, just a 10-minute drive to Ipoh city center, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, who immediately made us feel at home. To our delight, we were also offered complimentary afternoon tea and light snacks - a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. The room was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The toilet was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, which is always a big plus. Breakfast at the hotel was simple but delicious, featuring fresh and satisfying options to start the day right. One lovely surprise was finding a personalized note in my room after check-in. The management had left a greeting wishing me a Merry Christmas. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it made me feel so warm and happy. Small touches like this truly set this hotel apart. Thank you so much! Another highlight is the nearby amenities. Within walking distance, we found a Chinese restaurant, a Japanese restaurant, and even a bar and bistro, offering a variety of dining choices to suit different tastes. Overall, my family and I were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. For the value it offers, Symphony Suites Hotel will undoubtedly be our first choice on our next visit to Ipoh. Highly recommended!

So the hotel was pretty good. Check in was smooth. The room was clean. They cleaned the room daily and refresh water bottles. No complaints. The surrounding area was a bit quiet. But it’s cozy. There’s a nice French restaurant downstairs. It not very high end but it works for a few nights stay. Love that it was near task cermin.

Hotel is quite clean but there are stains on the bedsheet. Toilet is reasonably clean but with dirt at the corners. Location wise seems a bit outskirt but there is a 99 Speedmart nextdoor. Anyway, it’s worth the money paid for.

We could use our card at first. The staff immediately came and handed other card. Got water dispensers.

Room very clean and new. 15-20 minutes distance from town . Actually it's suitable for family trip.

- Comfortable stay. - Famous breakfast store (chang jiang coffee) in walking distance. - they using solar for water heater, initially we thought no water heater, but counter staffs are very helpful. - bed very comfortable - fast check in and check out

This is the place where i felt safe when i go to Ipoh. As usually the front office always excellent, no deposit because i already settle the payment before, but have to pay 2 night tourism tax cost rm6. As enter the spacious room with king size bed, the linen was comfy and clean. Also got bath tub and rain shower. But i realise the ventilation fan not working. Lotion, syampoo and shower gel attached to the wall. No tooth brush. 2 free water bottle per day. Got iron and iron board, the wardrobe was big. Got hair dryer and refrigerator. I also order the room service which it cost me rm17 nett. Beef lasagna with salad, desert and free drink. Not bad. Will come again to this hotel if i come to Ipoh.😁

Room & Cleanliness: 8/10 Room is clean & comfortable. Aircond & fan well functioning. Good water pressure but the pipe shower leaking (hope can fixed it). Hot water not really function. Iron available. No fridge provided. Deposit: RM100 & return during checkout. Complimentary toiletries: Available & they also put welcoming desserts. Lift / Elevator: Available. Internet: Strong wifi connection. TV Channel: Good, also have Netflix. Front Desk Services: 10/10 Friendly staff (Malay & Chinese girl) welcomed us with a smile. One Malay guy also help to carry our luggage. He is very polite. Parking: 8/10 Open parking space in front of the hotel. Have to pay to Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh 1hr RM0.30 / 1day RM4.00 by using coupon / Park@Perak Apps / TnG eWallet. Breakfast: 8/10 Halal buffet food. Taste good but limited choices: Nasi lemak, fried kuey teaw, porridge, sausage, salad, toast, siew mai, hot beverage, orange juice, milk & fruits. Location: Rate is depends on your trip. Location was far from Ipoh City. If you want to rest only away from noise, this is the place. If you want to explore Ipoh City, this hotel quite far unless you willing to drive. Limited Muslim restaurants around. Have Family Mart & 7E store nearby the main road. Credit to staff: 10/10 I checked in during my birthday. After I went to my room, surprisingly their staff came and bring birthday cake while singing happy birthday song. I am really touched & happy. Thank you so much for your surprised and kindness. The room is quite old and there was water leaking from the air conditioner making the floor wet. There is no lift provided so it's not really convenient for senior citizens . Not worth the price to me.
