However, it was the level of care and attentiveness displayed by the hotel staff that truly stood out. On one particular evening, when my daughter was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital, the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Not only did they send their limousine driver to ferry my daughter to and from the hospital, but they also arranged for a thoughtful delivery of porridge and a fruit platter for her recovery, which was sent by the hotel for the following two days. This compassionate gesture was a reflection of the personal touch that M Roof Hotel prides itself on. The staff’s proactive kindness and genuine concern for my family’s well-being truly elevated our stay from a simple visit to an unforgettable experience. Although the furnishings are a bit old, they are well-maintained and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel is well-kept, and the overall atmosphere remains pleasant. A good choice for those looking for a cozy and hassle-free experience.

We booked 2 rooms. Initially were very happy being given connected rooms. Rooms were clean but the bathrooms were disappointing. In our king bed bathroom, the bidet spray was leaking, basin drainage was slow, water seeps from the glass shower whenever we took showers. For the double single beds bathroom, the stopper for the bathtub was loose & water just couldn’t fill up. The bathroom blind was spoilt & cannot open. We feedback to the staff & request items to be fixed while we were out during the day, but nothing was done. As for the breakfast buffet, generally most of the food were very salty & inconsistent standard for the same type of food each day. Worst experience of all, we were charged the tourism taxes again upon checkout when we already prepaid all charges online!

Overall it's one of the best hotel in Ipoh with a very reasonable price. Despite location not as good as though in the town center, u may use Grab to everywhere easily with reasonable price. Room is spacious with turf club view. One of the famous Ipoh style cafe just within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again if the price continue being competitive.

I recently stayed at Regalodge Hotel in Ipoh during my trip back home from a week-long vacation in Penang. We decided to stop in Ipoh to rest and explore the city since I had never taken my kids there before. After a bit of searching, I came across Regalodge, which offered a very reasonable price for a room with a bathtub. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Ipoh, close to many popular points of interest like Concubine Lane and more. The room was comfortable, and it included breakfast, which was surprisingly good. We also decided to try food from their restaurant, The Limestone, and were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, and the prices were unbeatable—where else can you get a tasty nasi goreng for under RM10? One of the standout features of the hotel is the free parking with a security guard present, ensuring peace of mind. They also have a charging station for electric vehicles, which is a great bonus. While the hotel isn't exactly luxurious, given the affordable price, it definitely exceeded expectations. What impressed me most, though, was the room itself. I've stayed at numerous hotels, but this was the first time I encountered a treadmill in the room! It was a nice touch for those who want to stay active while traveling. Overall, Regalodge provided great value for money, and I would definitely return if I need a place to stay in Ipoh again. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for 5 nights. Wifi in room totally do not exist. Have to go to the lobby for wifi. Was told that they having wifi problems. Can log in but no internet. Very basic hotel facilities. Stay here if you are taking advantage of the location.

Stayed one night at this very nice hotel. Easy check-in, good view from 15th floor of Ipoh, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, WiFi included and the air-con worked well. We had a big buffet breakfast the next morning- lots of choice so couldn’t try everything. Pool looked inviting but was closed, the gym had several machines but the room was hot so we went walking instead.

M Boutique Hotel is a charming and unique boutique hotel that left a lasting impression on us during our second stay. The location is fantastic, with one of Ipoh's most famous curry noodle spots just next door. The room was comfortable and well-designed, making for a pleasant stay. On the night of our arrival, we encountered an issue with the hot water, but after contacting the front desk, the problem was resolved promptly and efficiently. Overall, a delightful experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ipoh!

Hotel look very new , just renovated . location very good nearby ipoh town area & good food area . have private car park for hotel guest , staff very friendly & helpful to guest . Breakfast also very great & more choice .

The experience was great. Just one small note, I asked for the bottles of water to be put in the fridge, they did not do it. The facilities look nice. Nearby restaurants have tasty food.
