Absolutely everything perfect. You could spend your entire vacation without ever having to leave the resort.
However, for the more adventurous, it is recommended to rent a car to travel around the entire island as well as easily reach the main city.
Near the resort there are also many typical taverns easily reachable on foot.

Nice hotel well located, nice location, good staff.
The beds are very hard and uncomfortable with a sea view, a mattress topper would be appreciated for the sea view rooms.
Room a little dated, more careful decoration would be appreciated.
The buffet restaurant by the sea does not have good quality, the dishes are served cold. Too bad but good overall experience overall.

Friendly staff and nice hotel. Half-board buffet was good, but casual restaurant near beach was bit disappointing as you couldnt modify portions at all f.ex. add chicken on your salad etc.

Our stay was truly amazing. The buffet featured incredible Greek dishes, and the room was immaculate. The restaurant staff were like family—so friendly, welcoming, and happy. From the porter to the bar staff, everyone was exceptional. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch, making the entire experience unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

Fantastic hotel amazing staff great location. Our visit was for a 30th anniversary & birthday. From the moment we arrived the impeccable service of staff was amqzing. All so helpful & professional. The team could not do a enough for us making our time at the resort relaxing & our whole party feeling welcome & special. We highly recommend this wonderful resort.

Wow, what can I say..... The second time we have visited and it was just as fantastic second time around. All the staff are attentive and friendly. Nothing is too much bother. We had a bay view room. It was clean and a good size. It was cleaned daily. It was our wedding anniversary while there and flowers were placed in the room on the day. My husband is usually reluctant to visit the same place twice, but he already wants to return here for a third time, so here's to next year! Thanks to every single member of staff for a wonderful and memorable stay. See you again soon!

We booked after reading previous reviews and we were not disappointed. throughout our stay the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. (Special mention to Kostas in the restaurant and Vassia in the beach bar) Our room was spotless and very well cared for by Rose who worked hard to make us feel at home. We had half board and ate in the main restaurant, the food was good with plenty of variety. There is a lift to gain access to the hotel beach if you can’t take the one flight of stairs.Although the restaurant is accessed via a staircase there is another way in via the lift. If you do have a mobility issue and struggle with stairs its advisable to mention this to the hotel in advance as we had a really good room facing the sea but although it is part of the main hotel access was via a staircase . I must emphasise the hotel is accessible it’s just this one set of sea facing rooms . The rooms above ours were fully accessible I hope you haven’t got the impression this hotel does not accept wheelchairs or has major issues it doesn’t but our floor is a one off and I wouldn’t want anyone with mobility issue to arrive and be embarrassed if they had been allocated a room on that particular floor.

Our Bungalow Garden Room with pool was rather tired certainly not as clean as we would expect for a hotel with a 5 star rating. Buffet breakfast was fine. Evening entertainment was pretty good but not widely advertised within the hotel. Having produced an app it was not updated with information during our stay. Staff were great. There is a shuttle service to Corfu Town but it runs only at 9.30am returning at 1.30 pm and needs to be pre-booked. The taxi fare to Corfu Town is circa 25 Euro's each way. To catch a bus you need to walk 10 minutes to the dual carriageway road (past the Durrells House) and cross this busy road through a gap in the central barrier. 2.50 Euro's each way. Wasp's were a real problem around the sunbathing and dining areas, although the staff did their best by providing candles. We are unlikely to return.
