This lovely boutique hotel is conveniently located in the historic centre of Ioannina city. It is a stone throw away from the lake in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Everything you need is within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband and I spent 4 nights here and will definitely return.

An exceptional boutique hotel in the beautiful city of Ioannina. Perfect location, next to the castle service, near the lake. The hotel is neat and beautifully decorated, the service is excellent. The hotel deserves the highest ranking! Recommend for everyone who wants to visit Ioannina.

Lovely refurbished traditional building, a few steps from the lake, a few more steps from the castle and in short walking distance to the city center and all the cafes and restaurants as well. Nicely renovated and decorated, respecting the history of the building and paying attention even the small and last detail to make your stay comfortable. Sparkling clean spacious rooms with all the contemporary facilities, super comfy mattress and a very welcome and helpful staff.

A fantastic hotel in the heart of the town. This boutique hotel has been well designed, with all aspects being finished to a high standard and with a modern design, whilst still feeling cosy and luxurious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in 1 of the 2 loft suites. It was comfortable, spacious and relaxing. The breakfast, which for us was €10 pppd extra, was excellent. Coffee, bread and pastries, eggs, yoghurt, fruit, juice, all served to your table inside or outside. I cant recommend this hotel enough. Perfect for a couple or a small family.

Wonderful place in a top location. Amazing, brand new and very clean rooms with some great touches in the interior.The shower is a wow factor. Staff is very kind and extremely helpful. Rooming was very detailed. Highly recommended for couples and single travelers. A true gem in Ioannina city.

Amazing hotel. Score 10 in all respects. Clean, spacious, excellent location. Near the lake and really close to the old city. Above all, the owner Elena and her husband give you a warm and friendly feeling. We really fell in love. warmly recommended !!!!

Our stay was very enjoyable. We booked last minute and we’re absolutely amazed at how percer the hotel was. The room was beautifully designed and clean. The service was professional with a very attentive and friendly front desk. And the location really could not be better with it being central to the city.

Very nice and clean rooms, the breakfast is delicious, fresh orange juice, coffee, in fact everything was very tasteful. Thasos, Elena and Magda are very welcoming hosts and helped us with very good recommendation. Private parking is available in the proximity with discount price for the hotel customers. Definitely will book again if we will come back to Ioannina.

We stayed at this boutique hotel during August 2023. A great location, great hospitality, wonderful breakfast, and wonderful rooms! We were a family of 5, and got two adjacent rooms. It was very convenient. We highly recommend this hotel!!
