Perry's Motel and Cottages

Facilities are very old. Heater didn’t work in our room. When we woke up it was 57 degrees. A dodge truck pulls up next to our cabin (at the office) and left his loud truck idling for an hour. No sleep.

It is very clean. There are a lot of outdoor toys for young kids. I would recommend it to anyone.

Staff was nice and friendly - rooms and bathroom were clean. The playground and a pool is excellent for young kids.

When we booked a last minute trip for a busy long weekend, we weren’t expecting much from our accommodation. However, we were more than thoroughly impressed. From the outside it looks like many of the local motels, but inside the rooms are beautifully refurbished and exceptionally clean and comfortable. New windows and blinds, new flooring, newer beds, lovely linens, nice tv, microwave and mini fridge. The free WiFi was fast and reliable. Only little things to mention would be that in our room was the bathroom mirror finish had several large dark patches, and the outdoor lights were maybe a little bright as the room was never pitch-black-dark. But those are very minor things that didn’t hinder our enjoyment of the space. We were warmly greeted with great service (and cookies!) A coffee room is ready for guests by 8am each morning, along with some small sweet treats. We even saw some gluten free options. We hastily ventured out the first morning, leaving stuffed toys and blankets a mess, and unexpectedly returned to to beautifully made beds and fresh towels. Daily housekeeping was a wonderful surprise. Any staff we passed greeted us with a smile, asked if we needed anything and wished us a great day. Bonus: All of the play equipment and outdoor toys for kids. The pool was closed for the season. However, we can imagine that, given the pride they take in maintaining the property, it would be a well maintained pool. We would absolutely to stay here again.

The owners were great n accommodating to me n my family . We had a great weekend plenty to do for the kids n adults over all the best time we will stay again for sure

Feels like there is a genuine effort to make the facility inviting to families. Buildings show their age but appear to have been recent updates. Kids loved all the playsets provided and the pool was nicely heated allowing the swim longer. Only real drawback was our bathroom door latch didn't catch when closed.

I booked this hotel with a lot of apprehension as I have never stayed here before. What a hidden gem! It has a camping vibe with the benefits of a hotel! The pool was amazing and heated, the hotel room was immaculate and the beds and bedding was amazingly comfortable. I had trouble getting my toddler to leave to go to story land as the playgrounds were so great and engaging to her. She literally cried everytime we left the grounds. The owners were amazingly accommodating and allowed us to use their fire pit as well. Overall? It was an amazing stay and we are planning on coming back for longer next year. It was a great price and everything I wanted and more for a stay in the mountains. I literally felt like I was camping with the incredible convenience of a very comfortable hotel room.

The cottages definitely were a bit in the smaller side but the amenities outside for the kids made it so we didn’t have to stay inside much. Good value for the money

Perry's Motel is great for families. We travel from out of state with two small children. The playground and the swimming pool keep them both busy. The rooms are the best value that you can find for the area. Perry's is an easy 5 minute drive from Storyland and about a 10 minite drive from shopping in North Conway. The owners are super friendly and keep the property in good condition with clean rooms. We will definitely be back to Perry's soon!
