PARKING + DRIVEWAY:*On site parking for up to 3 vehicles.*Our driveway slope is accessible for vehicles during the winter months with snow/ice.*There is one security camera facing the driveway for your safety.ACCESSIBILITY:*Our space includes STAIRS to reach the front door entrance + third bedroom.HEATING/AIR CONDITIONING:*We do not have central heating/air BUT we do have ductless AC/heating mini splits in every bedroom for your comfort.*Our fireplace is electric, providing some heat for the living room area.
