It has 700 sqft of decks. It provides 1 King master bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 2 queen sofa sleepers, 4 bunk beds and a twin single bed. The chalet sleeps 12 or more.Guests will have access to the main floor and upper floor. There is no access to the garage or upper floor office. Check in is at 4:00 and check out is at 10:00. The hosts will be staying on the property and will be available for guests. Hosts honor guests’ privacy, so you may see them on the property feeding the animals, or outside on occasion, but they are available for anything you may need anytime, just give them a call. Each room has its own thermostat to accommodate temperature needs of each guest.In the mountains, there is extreme fire danger. For this reason, there are NO FIRE PITS at this cabin. Our cabin is located at 9,500 ft. elevation, we highly recommend drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated. This will help adjust to the altitude, if you're traveling from lower elevations.We DO NOT charge a cleaning fee. We kindly ask that you remove all used sheets from the beds and clean and put away all dishes. This allows us to pass the cost savings of NO CLEANING FEE to our guests.Furry friends are welcome! We DO NOT charge a pet fee. There's no need to pack up your dog kennel for your stay. We have 2 large pet crates and food and water bowls onsite for guest use.
