Conveniently located halfway between Winter Park and Granby, this lovely home is located in the town of Tabernash, just a few blocks from the well-known Tabernash Tavern restaurant. It is a 13-minute drive to Winter Park or Granby Ranch ski resorts, and 40 minutes to Grand Lake and the West Entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. Play golf at a number of courses including Pole Creek which is just minutes away. Fly fish the beautiful Fraser River or headwaters of the Colorado River, or the open waters of Lake Granby. Hike or bike on one of many nearby trails or down the slopes at Trestle Bike Park. Enjoy world class cross country skiing and snowshoeing at Devil's Thumb Ranch and Snow Mountain Ranch, or the thrill of snow tubing at Fraser's Tubing Hills. Other options include snowmobiling, sledding, dog sledding, ice skating and swimming at the YMCA's indoor pool. There are plenty of small shops, bars, restaurants, and amenities of Fraser, Winter Park, Granby, Grand Lake. State and County taxes of 6% apply to all bookings. A deposit of 50% of the total cost (including tax, and cleaning fee) is required to confirm your reservation, with the balance due no less than two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date. Once the two-week point is reached, the deposit is nonrefundable unless we are able to rebook the property for the dates you had reserved. If we rebook the property, a pro-rated refund will be calculated for each day we are able to rebook the property, less a $35 cancellation fee.
