This home includes all of the necessary items you'll need to feel comfortable and have a peaceful, relaxing vacation. A fully equipped kitchen available for convenient preparation of your favorite home-cooked meals. The 8 foot hedge around entire backyard provides an intimate retreat, including a sparkling pool that can be heated in the cooler months. A redwood pergola with seating and a fire pit table. This beautiful home has been completely renovated in 2015 with porcelain tile throughout including two bathroom showers. The kitchen has granite countertops, smooth top electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and side by side refrigerator. There is an eating area in the kitchen that seats 4. All cooking utensils and dishes included. Guests provide their own meals. Living room has leather couch and love seat, 60 inch television with stereo. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an attached bathroom with granite countertops.. Cable television in master bedroom. The guest room includes a queen bed and large closet. Linens and towels are provided. The living room has a vaulted ceiling and new leather couches with a door wall leading out to the patio. Cable television and WiFi included.
