The washer and dryer are located in this downstairs space which you may use as convenient. Please note that this washer and dryer is shared with the cottage guests as well. The ground level front porch of the Loft Studio is for your private use, as well as the grill and picnic table to the right side of the Loft Studio around the corner. The yard, creek, fish pond, and trails are all available for your enjoyment but could be shared with any cottage guests. The Cottage porch, grill, patio are for the cottage renters only.
