We easily sleep 14 and also have three queen size aero mattress if more space is needed. There are two full kitchens with most amenities anyone might desire. We have fifty feet of fishable dock useable during seasonable dates. There is a complete fish cleaning station at the dock. There is no handicap access to the dock. If you are hiring a river charter, the dock has access with stairs for your charter to use. We are located directly across from Centennial Park at river mile approximately 20.5.Views from the front room are amazing all year long. There are always eagles just outside the window ready for you to view. Have a seat at the fire pit and take a load off. Or, enjoy a steam in the sauna that is located in the downstairs area. We have a chest freezer for you to keep all of your freshly processed fish.We do not supply rods or tackle . There is a net and bonker at the dock. The processor, Custom Seafoods, is located a short 2-mile driving distance from the home. The stunning Kenai River is just right outside the door.Located just minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. This location is also a great jumping off spot to see the Kenai Peninsula or charter deep sea fishing from either Homer or Seward!Strictly NO PARTIES!
