The cabin is a 3- year- old Amish built log cabin that features an open floor plan and includes two bedrooms and one full bath.The cabin is housed within a community of other cabins and is located next door to the Saybrook Park and sits along Lake Erie. While the cabin does not have lake views from the front porch, guest do have access to a private beach along the lake.The cabin is a 5 minutes drive from the heart of Geneva-on- the-Lake. We also own another cabin within the cabin community. If you have a party larger than 4 people, ask us about the availability of the other cabin and we can assist you in booking both cabins! The space:Two-bed, one-bath cabin with a porch, fire pit and located in a cabin community on the lake. The view of the lake, from the beach access, is to die for. From the front porch, enter into the open-concept family room/kitchen featuring hardwood floors throughout, stainless steel appliances, vaulted ceilings, etc. Two smart TVs and wifi. Guests have access to the Saybrook park featuring a playground, swings, volleyball, walking path, pavilion, and more!No smoking. Small dogs allowed. Guest access: Guests have complete access to the entire cabin, with the exception of the loft and shed (where we store our personal items). Due to the lack of stair access and due to an abundance of caution, we are restricting access to the loft that is only accessible via a ladder.Other things to note: Individuals making reservations must be at least 25 years old.Terms of the Agreement:The owner/designee has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement.
