The house has 2 levels and easily sleeps 18 or more people. Each level has its own fully furnished kitchen, living room, dining area, and laundry facility. The upstairs has been recently remodeled and updated from the solid oak hardwood floors to the beautiful large crown-molding on the ceiling. The upstairs living space is an open floor plan and contains a large spacious kitchen and island with beautiful granite countertops. The dining area and dining room table, which seats 12 people, adjoins both the living room and kitchen. The kitchen has an island with barstools with additional seating as well, so everyone can easily join for meals or social time. If you decide to stay home and cook your own meals you need nothing except your own food. Both kitchens are stocked with everything you will need to cook your own meals. We have a multitude of small appliances in our pantry including crock pots, waffle makers, rice cookers, griddles, blenders, coffee pots and tea kettles to name a few. We have all the essentials for cooking, pots and pans, serving platters, colanders. mixing bowls spatulas and even the spices to help you prepare the meals.If it's a beautiful day and you want to cook out you can go out to the deck and relax on the patio furniture with a gorgeous view of the city while and fire up the BBQ grills.
