The house is a two-story, single-family home that has recently been renovated, including new memory foam mattresses. The house has a queen master bedroom, a queen bedroom, a twin bunk bed and a single twin, and a large bedroom with a full and twin beds. They are located at 6301 Boca Grande Causeway, Placida, Florida 33946 (NOTE: The marina is right before the toll booth) You will enter the little bait shop to obtain a parking pass (approximately $8.00 per day) to put on your dash. The water taxi picks you up out back on the dock.WATER TAXI: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!The local water taxi service is provided by Pirate Water Taxi, with either Emmett or Bill as your captain. All guests are responsible for their own ferry fees. There is a Publix grocery store located about 5 minutes from the ferry access. The island has a small convenience store, along with a casual restaurant (Rum Bay) and ice cream shop (Coconuts). Golf cart rentals are available on the island.
