We have everything you could need in one spot! Another benefit is free parking! Starting April 1st, the town will be charging $20 per day for beach parking. This home gives you beach access without any additional fees since you are just steps away from the ocean. We decided to give a nod to one of our favorite college teams, the Appalachian State University Mountaineers, and bring our mountain love a little closer to the ocean. You will have use of beach chairs and a cooler, and a canopy. For fun, there are corn hole boards and a variety of beach or yard games. You will have tons of outdoor living space in this home with the 9 ft X 30 ft covered deck for enjoying the beautiful Oak Island sunrises and sunsets. Also, with the covered area you can still enjoy the ocean views, even if it rains. There is a spacious yard for play and space for parking with 4 cars limit. All inside linens are included, but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There is also a full size washer and dryer on site so you can head back home with clean clothes. Unfortunately, there are absolutely NO PETS or ANIMALS and NO SMOKING. I have ADA accommodations for a disability that does not allow me to be in proximity with any fur or feathers, even those that are deemed hypoallergenic.
