Our home is in an ideal location at nearly 1,400 ft. elevation to take advantage of cooler temperatures, while being just minutes from the airport, beaches, and Kailua-Kona town (driving minutes, not walkable).Enjoy a vaulted living room ceiling, 2 covered lanais, and thoughtful finishes throughout our home. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second room has a Queen bed and there is a trundle bed in the living room. The ceilings are open beam cedar, the floors are bamboo and stone and the cottage has many custom details. The bathroom has a large custom walk in shower. Outside there is a covered lanai with a nice table and seating as well as an outdoor soaking tub surrounded by flower gardens and forest.
