MUSIC & SPEAKERS: The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls. DECORATIONS: Absolutely no sticky/adhesive dots or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this removes the wall paint! You will be charged for the repair. NO confetti or glitter inside or outside, which includes confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest. WOOD PELLET STOVE Can use the wood pellet stove. Please make sure to educate yourself on how to use one prior to your trip. Never leave it ON unattended. If the home is left with major disorder and trash everywhere it will cost another $50 per hour for cleaning. Anything missing will be charged accordingly.
