Redberry House is fully stocked with linens, bath towels, and beach towels, as well as a well-stocked kitchen and two internet TVs (via Roku). This cozy and relaxing space is the back unit on a multi unit property. 1 bedroom 1 bath with private entrance and your own personal back yard deck access. This place is small but mighty! Just a short 10 min stroll to 5th avenue beach & a 5 min walk to downtown Manistee! This setup is a bit unique to provide a great little space for your family! The 1 bedroom holds a full size bed. The living room has one fold out couch (full size) and a custom built in bunk bed (twin XL size mattresses). The living-room ottoman tranforms into a single rollaway cot perfect for a child or small adult. This unit could sleep 6 depending on your personal needs. With that being said I do not recommend this location if you want to sleep 6 adults. Example: The space fits 2 adult couples or a family (parents) with children more comfortably. A short bike ride or walk will take you downtown to Manistee where many restaurants and lakeshore shopping awaits. If you are seeking the prototypical Lake Michigan vacation along the Golden Coast you cannot go wrong with staying in this development. I moved here 10 years ago from southern Michigan and I am still blown away that this type of development sits so close to this treasured waterway. Walk two blocks to the shops and restaurants on the Historic Manistee Riverwalk and bike or stroll about 1 mile to Lake Michigan. Enjoy fishing from one of the many charters or bring your own boat with public boat ramps and marinas a few minutes away. Two great golf courses in town with Arcadia Bluffs only 30 min away and 45 min from Crystal Mountain and Caberfae Skiing in the winter!The spaceThis newly remodeled historic Victorian home was built in 1905 still has old world charm with modern conveniences. Originally two separate homes, this large house is perfect for multiple groups and provides plenty of space to interact together and separately. If you need to work, our newly upgraded mesh wifi 6 system and home office with a monitor are available during your stay. Families will have everything they need with baby gates, a high chair, a mini crib, a pack n play, a foosball table and other games made available to guests. There are 3 dedicated spots available, but plenty of other free street parking right around the house. There is also a wheelchair accessible ramped access to the house and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor. Nearly every bedroom has either a smart TV or a fire stick for entertainment on rainy days.Enjoy a glass of wine or dinner on the back patio, a fire at night, or walk across the street for a Dairy Queen treat on a hot day!Guest accessThere is dedicated parking in the back entrance off the alley between 1st and 2nd Streets, or you can park on the south side of 1st Street or any of the side streets.
