We are perfectly located right around the corner from Captain Ron’s and Bear Bottoms Resort but private enough to enjoy swimming! The cottage is located on the 36.3 off of the main channel. So bare bottom resort would be the closest then Bulldogs then Captain Ron’s then Miller’s Landing and paradise and the fish company. Bywater all of these are very close. Buy land bare bottoms and Captain Ron’s would be the closest and there are multiple restaurants like the branding iron right up the road.Pirates Point pontoon/jet ski rental by boat 1.5 miles away or roughly 10 min by land. The neat thing about the pontoon boat rental or JetSki’s is that our private dock will accommodate any pontoon that they rent most likely and you could just tie the JetSki’s. Hello, Welcome and Thank You for your interest in our family lake house! This home will have plenty of room for you and all your guests coupled by amazing views of the lake. When you drive in, the home is located on a dead end road. There is little to no outside traffic that comes passed the house. There is parking at the top of the driveway, just off the road. That can be for cars or to park a boat trailer. You would need to back the trailer down the road just a bit, in order to turn it around. The driveway is STEEP like most around the lake but can handle multiple cars. The garage is not part of the rental. When you walk in, you'll see an open room concept with the kitchen, dinning and living room. The two bedrooms upstairs, are the master bedroom and the bunkbed room. Both rooms have attached baths. Laundry is also located on the top floor. You can access the deck from the dinning, living and master bed room. The deck is very large and can accommodate all guests comfortably at the same time. The bottom level will have two more queen bedrooms and another full bath. There is also a common area with a dart board and ping pong table. You can access the outside through the downstairs basement door or upstairs main door. When lakeside, the dock will have wet steps for easy access when swimming, along with a margarita deck to hang out on and enjoy being by the water. There is a gas fireplace for those late night hangouts. The boat on the lift is private and not part of the rental agreement. We are on the edge of the big water and a channel. There is a slow no wake buoy directly in front of the dock so it's very safe for swimming. You could have waves from the big lake depending on the day, time and water traffic but very save for swimming or floating. The property is perfect for family gatherings and has plenty of space for everyone. Local restaurants around as well if you don't feel like cooking.
