This fully remodeled cottage is located on over 16 private acres and is located on a dead-end road off a dead-road that ends at Lake Norman so there is minimal traffic or noise. The property features a creek, a small waterfall, a pond, and wildlife (deer, rabbits, groundhogs, birds, etc). We also have two mini pigs, Kevin Bacon and Hamlet, who are friendly and fun to watch. (They love peanuts - some will be provided if you want to feed them). Perfect for a romantic getaway, home base for hiking trips and other outdoor activities, and long-term stays (discount available for stays over 2 weeks).
